I come here all the time. I usually just get teas but I also love their food. It’s a great place, the atmosphere is nice. I think because it’s a counter system people expect the food out faster than is humanly possible, but really it’s a restaurant. If you order a meal it will take a hot minute to cook. Duh. If you want something fast get a Kimchi Burrito, they are prepared “chipotle” style and you’ll get it instantaneously. Anyways this place is great. I recommend it to everyone. So delicious

When they first opened I absolutely loved it here. I came often. I haven’t been in quite a while and when I came in 2 weeks ago it seems disorganized. The front of the house need an experienced mature person running the front. The young adults working need more training, leadership and guidance. They seemed all over the place. Chatting with their friends,. It seemed like a teenage hand out spot more than anything. The food was good but the service is lacking. 9/10 I probably won’t be back.

I love their bubble tea and especially their cinnamon coffee cake. Food is great too, but those cakes are so addicting. There is a cinnamon layer in the middle that is *chef’s kiss.* Pair with the cinnamon boba for good measure. Delicious! I always do double boba too.

Food was great!! Comes out so fresh and hot, melts in your mouth, very authentic. Customer service is outstanding, very kind and helpful, extremely patient as well. Only ick I had was when a worker tried telling my partner how to drink his boba, which he already knew so- but still was an amazing place I 100% recommend

I’m a little disappointed in my recent visit. In the past every time I tried using my reward points I was always told to type in my phone number and it will apply the discount. This would never work and I’d end up paying full price. Every time I’ve been to Zzaam the cashier never seems to know how to use the reward points. Today I tried scanning a barcode to use my points and it still would not work. Also since changing the point system, my points are worth basically nothing. I had accumulated 300 points which would have been 30 dollars off. I ended up paying 40 dollars instead of 10. I’m just so frustrated with the whole reward point system. Don’t get me wrong, The staff is friendly and the food is good.
