We had the most amazing 1 year anniversary here. Our service was the best we’ve had in a very long time. John H. was on top of it all. He was very familiar with the menu and gave us great recommendations on what I can have with my many food allergies. He was very attentive and just an all in all excellent server. We will most likely be celebrating with you every year from now on because I just don’t see it getting any better than this. Zuma has by far the freshest and more delicious food you can enjoy! We loved it very much. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable!!!

Delicious and very fresh sushi. The truffle edamame was amazing. Everything we had was tasty and flavorful. Great presentation and wonderful service. The smoked whiskey drink made on the table was an interesting experience to watch. Would highly recommend visiting.

Sat at the bar for a quick bite. Grabbed a couple of maki rolls. Bartenders worked together as a team and were very friendly. Food came fast and tasted amazing. Will definitely be going back for date night. Place is really cool

It was pricey, but the sushi rolls were so delicious! Service is impeccable. Husband got the crab that was $74 and it was small, but he loved it. I would eat here again. His cosmopolitan was $22. So, if you’re looking for an “affordable” meal, this isn’t it. If price isn’t an issue, it was delcious.

Within the avant-garde walls of the Cosmopolitan, lies Zuma, a symphony of contemporary Japanese fare. This isn’t just dining; it’s a ritual in precision, an homage to traditional izakaya, but with a distinct, modern heartbeat.

The Zuma chain is one of our worldwide favorites. You can dine al fresco in Rome or poolside in Mykonos. They are similar, but each has its own charm. This is true, too, of the Vegas restaurant located in the Cosmopolitan. It’s flanked by other sexy restaurants like Beauty & Essex and STK and holds its own well. The vibe was clubby like Zuma New York, but the music wasn’t so loud, so you don’t have to scream to be heard across the table. The food is impeccable. I personally crave it for months between visits. Be sure to get the off-menu chocolate molten lava cake to cap off what will undoubtedly be a great night at Zuma.

Nice place if you want to experience Japanese fusion. It’s a little bit pricy but it’s Las Vegas haha. Skewers are good but I forgot to take photos. Lobster is also good.

Wow! What an amazing dinning experience. Reminds me of NOBU before they started expanding. It’s that good. Very well run.
