This was such an incredible experience for me today! I worked inside this building almost 30 years ago when I was 19 years old and it was Chi-Chi’s Mexican restaurant. I have liven in Michigan since 1994 and returned to Pittsfield a few weeks ago and took a trip down memory lane. I decided to come back today to spend more time in The Berkshires with my parents. I showed them the places I used to work and decided to take them to dinner here! We loved it! I am so happy to sit in the same booths I used to sit at when I worked there decades ago. The food and the service was spectacular so to pair all that with the emotional connection that I had internally going on, it made for a really great evening with my family.

The food at Zuccos was excellent. The taste was very good. However, the service was a little bit on the slow side. The big problem were the portions. It was like I was ordering from the kids menu! The portions were so tiny that I should have ordered two of everything because it’s really the mini mini mini. It’s a shame because the food is very good.

Ordered the garlic knots. Apparently the word knot in garlic knot was literal. Because the bread was tied into a shoe knot.

2 accounts, both 1 star ratings. Why? Because to hell with this place. Either get with it or close the doors for good. Clam chowder with zero creaminess and zero potatoes. Clams were thinner than your sisters bush. The salad side was offensively small. The only half decent thing served was the baked chicken Parm. And as a restaurant that has 10+ salad dressings but only 3 beers on tap? Why does this place call itself an Italian restaurant? If I wanted wet noodles I’d go to the public pool. This restaurant is a joke.

Meh. Overpriced and outdated. The chicken souvlaki was pretty good, but $24 for 2 skewers a little rice and some frozen green beans? Yeah that’s as little much. None of the desserts are made there. That’s really not ok in a Greek dinerish type of a place. Service was decent and prompt.

The food is excellent the service is excellent I think the inside of the restaurant just needs some updates just to freshen it up a little bit but it’s got a great fun atmosphere that makes you want to go back

Wanted to love it more. The eggplant says it’s breaded, it’s definitely not, so it was really mushy. The sauce was tasty though.

We had a homecoming party at Zuccos for my grandsons return from the Army. The service was excellent and so was the food, 18 meals served & not a single complaint. Thank you Zuccos for such a wonderful evening, everything was perfect!!

Tonight was our 3rd experience here. We came in to have drinks at the bar & play keno. It was my husband’s birthday & the staff all came together to sing to him over an ice cream with a candle! It was so much fun to witness the entire staff working together as a team!! We watched as they all skirted around each other & shuffled out food in a timely & orderly fashion. What a well oiled machine! Exceptional food, friendly staff & great experience!!! Hands down I would recommend to my family & friends!! XOXO
