Wow first time ordering from here. Pizza, Garlic rolls,and wings all arrived fresh out of the oven hot and all 10/10. Highly recommend the Rolls especially for the price. Will Only be ordering from This spot from now on. If your around sunset strip this is the place to go!

Stopped here on a recommendation from a family member after a day at the beach. The pizza and wings were good, not as we expected the way the raved about this place. Can’t compare this place to any other pizza locations. But we do know pizza since where we come from is known for pizza. Anyhow , we all enjoyed our meal and we would order from here again.

This is a tale of two companies that have seriously destroyed their reputations in my eyes. I placed an order with Postmates for Zuccarelli at 8:09 pm on 3/29/21 after being told that they wouldn’t deliver to my complex. My order was supposed to be delivered by 9:09 pm. At 9:09, I called the restaurant since my order had not arrived. I was told by one of their female employees, that Postmates had to come in and place the order on my behalf and that he had picked up the order 10 mins prior to my calling. I live less than 3 miles from this restaurant. I gave them an additional 20 mins in case he had other deliveries to make. 9:39 and still no food. I called the restaurant and was rudely told by a male employee to call Postmates since they aren’t affiliated. So, I did. They couldn’t reach the driver and again I waited. My food arrived at 10:27 pm, nearly two and a half hours later. The food was cold, hard and extra greasy. When questioned about my order, he says he placed it using his Postmates card and was told it wouldn’t be ready for 45 mins. He stated that he went in after 30 mins and it wasn’t ready yet. Between not being told the truth by Zuccarelli and my food arriving cold via Postmates, I ended up cooking for my 36 week pregnant wife. This has to be the worst game of keep away. I am requesting a refund and have no plans to order with either company again. Unmitigated garbage.

I have ordered from this place several times. I usually love the food and service. I live close so it was really convenient too. After the service tonight I will not be back. I called in an order over the phone and she said the food would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I arrived at the 25 minute mark. After waiting in the lobby for over 15 minutes while no one acknowledged us, I noticed that rather than tend to my order the cashier took the order of someone who had just walked in. I mentioned it and she still had me wait while she took new orders and moved on to other tasks like organizing her station. As it turned out my order had been completed before we even arrived and was just hanging out in a box over the oven. Like I said, good food but will be back due to the bad service.

Love this place been going for years always had a good experience no restaurant is perfect it’s hard dealing with people’s food everyone has their own way of liking things. This place should always have good ratings it’s sad to see people would rather go out their way to leave a bad review out of all the times they had a good experience but you know people love to complain can’t please everyone.

Moved down in 1981 from ny and found zuccarellis pizza. Met Vinny and franky (coriggio) whom I’m still friends with today. Place bought back good memories. Vinny if you still own it god bless my brother you were a good young and eager man when I met you. If you still own it you obviously done a hell of a job. Hats off and best of luck.

This place dropped off some flyers early this week and was excited to give them a try being that I love Italian food but after my first order I can say I’m regretting my decision. First of all I got 3 specials.. and was given an 1.5hr-2hr wait which is absolutely insane, so we ultimately decided to pick up which was still and 1hr ad 15min wait. Arrived to pick the food up and immediately thrown into this sign here, give me, take this frenzy which left the cashier confused and charging me twice on my card.. they claim that I was refunded on the first charge, I’m still waiting for the refund to show on my card.. moving past that I get to work and sit down to eat…. my garlic knots were cold… I don’t mean like cold because they cooled down I literally mean cold as if they were refrigerated and never warmed up. My lunch special (chicken parm) was DRY.. chicken was hard and dry, breading was soggy and bread was chewy like when you microwave bread and it cools down..
