The Zoup on Grand River is a very calming place to eat with quality food. The new sweet and spicy wrap is delicious. Also, you can tell the owners are thoughtful and take good care of their customers. The service is great. The workers are very patient, positive, kind, and generous. They gave us a quart of soup free of charge when they were cleaning up for the day. I will definitely be going back!

This is the place I have been looking for. I love soups, and I found just the place for all the types of soups I want to try. Their sandwich selection was inviting and tasty. I was impressed with the variety of soups that they had. I lost count on how many soups they had available. Robyn let us taste all soups before we ordered. I am definitely a fan of this place. You can never go wrong with a soup and a sandwich. Best place when it comes to soups, and I have explored places that serve soups, and this place takes top rating on my list as theyvhave a wide variety of soups. If you are looking for a soup to soothe your tummy, this place will have a soup that meets your needs. The staff was great and kind. We ate at the restaurant and took more soup to go.

We love going to this zoup location! The service is unbeatable. Always so cheerful, encourages samples and even taught us we can mix soups in the samples to make delicious combo creations. I don’t know how I have missed that this Zoup even existed but stopped by there today and very impressed! The Hot Honey Crispy Chicken sandwich may not be ideal for “getting swimsuit ready” but it was DELICIOUS! I believe Stephanie was working today and she exudes great customer service skills; very friendly, personable and just exceptional at her job. I look forward to stopping by again for some tasty food and friendly chats with the staff <3

This location has new life and a new owner. A few years back, this place was a 1 star at best. The owners ran the business into the ground. The new owner (Robin) has brought this place back to 5 stars. The food, service, and employees rock! If you were turned off by this place a little while back (like I was), try it again. You’ll be very impressed by what’s new and how a customer should be treated.

I would love to give this place a five star review, however I can’t This is now the fourth time I have looked up there business hours and it says they’re open, but when I get there, they’re not. They have amazing food and a very sweet owner/ staff. But my whole pregnancy I’ve been craving this place and have been let down one to many times because of the wrong hours being posted That is my only complaint and please consider updating the hours.
