Went for dinner on Friday evening around 6pm (two hours before the restaurant closes) and the place was empty. Looked like the two workers had already fully cleaned the restaurant and the vibes were very unwelcoming. Ordered a soup/sandwich combo with a fountain pop which cost $16.50! Total rip off for the small portion size. Literally only two slices of Turkey on the sandwich, skimpy on the sauce, and bread was hard. Fountain pop was all carbonation and no flavor. I suggest you go spend your money where the food isn’t completely bland like next door at Barry’s Bagels or even Panera. Both me and my spouse are very disappointed and still hungry.

Never been treated like this before. Was told by the older gentleman after waiting 10 minutes after receiving my food and waiting patiently. Told him that the order wasn’t correct and all he said was you can get back in line I can’t help you until I help the others, yet I already paid for my food. I was told I would have the bread bowls with my soup and they gave me just the regular bread. 4 people walked out after they saw how he treated me. He also was rude to another Customer and that customer and her 2 friends left also. This is crazy. I’m not one to write reviews but the fact I was treated like this and wasn’t willing to fix it and paid $20+ for some soup and piece of bread is crazy. It wasn’t like this till this guy started working there. Lastly food wasn’t even that warm either.

Showed up at around 6:30; good hour and a half before close. Ordered the Really Good Chicken Noodle thinking it was a specialty or something. Paid $9.50 for a bowl of the most flavorless soup I’ve ever had. It was literally mush. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the price compared to the quality is shocking. Don’t waste your money here.

It is so very disappointing watching Zoup Maumee go down the drain. Ever since under new ownership, the quality has gone downhill 🙁 They are out of most soups and even close before the scheduled time. I looked online tonight and saw they closed at 8pm. I went to the store and arrived at 7:30pm. The doors were unlocked and when I went in a family was sitting in a booth eating. But all the soups were put away and no one was behind the counter. Then someone comes out and tells me they are closed. I told them the website says 8, why did they close early and the girl just points at the owner. He walks over and says, can I help you? I asked if they were closed or taking orders? He said closed so I asked why the hours say 8 online and on the door? His answer was, well it’s 7:30 so………… and just stared at me. So I walked out. It was frustrating because we were at sports all night and just needed to grab dinner. I would not have driven there had I known they were closed.

One of the best places to get delicious hot fresh food at! It’s the first time here for me and my wife I wanted to eat here for many years since they’ve opened just never chose to but I will say I was completely blown away with this place the people who work here are so nice helpful friendly asking u if your like to try any of there delicious soups. Both me and my wife got the pick 2 option for lunch I will say the lobster bisque is very fresh tasting and very delicious in flavor my wife salad was very fresh flavorful and overall very yummy. Also there fresh juices are so delicious very tasty indeed. Definitely highly recommend this establishment you will not be disappointed.

Purchased a bowl of soup and was not given any crackers. Manager decided to charge me for the packets of crackers that are normally free with the purchase of soup. This has never happened before and I’ve been going to this location for over a year. Would give a zero on service if I could. And the crackers were stale.

We tried to place an online order, but the system said it was not available so we called. When we asked if we could place a to go order, they hesitated but eventually said yes. We placed our orders but were told that they were out of broccoli for the spicy chicken broccoli bowl. We agreed to take it as is with no broccoli. When we picked it up, first they forgot to charge for the bowl then asked if we would pay separately for it but then informed us that they added chickpeas and greens (which were not supposed to be part of the bowl) For the price and service I would recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here semi-regularly for a few years. This place is reliable and the food is good and the service is very nice. I like trying new things on the menu. Currently, I’m hooked on the Pick 2 with Southwest Turkey Sandwich and Baja Mac. The Gumbo is delicious.

My husband and I had lunch today here Ihe oder his then I ordered my. Then I was standing at the counter waiting on my food. They stared putting it in a bag I told him it was here. And I think it was the manager, he just give me a look like it was for here. I told him yes it’s for here. Wich he never ask if it was for here or not. I have came here before and never had any problems like today. Food was ok. It could of been hotter then what it was. They did not have any of the names of the soup out yet. So we could see what was all there. I would came back but it should not have been happened. Manager should not open if he doesn’t know what to do. Or need more trainee as a manager.
