We just had the worst experience at this restaurant. We were poorly greeted by an older woman who pointed to the table and abruptly said “over there”. We waited 15 minutes before a waitress came to take our order. We were a party of 2 and ordered a half sandwich and soup, and a BLT. Almost 40 minutes later (with no check in from anyone working there), we flagged down the waitress to check on our food. She saw us but walked right by. She didn’t come back and we never got our food so we got up and left. Didn’t feel this restaurant was deserving of our business and patronage. If there was a zero star rating, I would have selected that. We didn’t rate the food cause we didn’t get any. Atmosphere was cafeteria style. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Breakfast might be good, but the chicken tenders SUCKED. They tasted like they came out of a bag. Rock Hard breading and barely any chicken. Half of the fries were undercooked. My wife enjoyed the waffle, but $8.75 for 1 waffle seems very expensive. Also the scanning of the QR code to get menu sucks because the website has no pictures and the descriptions are not very detailed or lacking. The staff also seemed disorganized and like everyone is just winging it. Bathroom could also use some deep cleaning and the decor of the restaurant is lackluster. Needs some zoo animals to spruce it up.

INCREDIBLE FOOD, I cannot stress that the breakfast was delicious and definitely one of the best in the area. But having good food does not cancel out the fact that this bistro is terribly mismanaged and the employees are rude. Three tables that were sat AFTER us were waited on and had their entire orders taken before we were even asked what our drink order was.

Unfortunately a really unpleasant experience….ignored with a back to us for nearly 10 minutes when we first arrived even though the place was practically empty. Then met with absolutely useless staff that need a serious personality adjustment and training…then the server proceeded to deliver us the bill by walking up to us with an iPad and telling us the total…I asked for a printed receipt and they had charged us a 20% added tip onto our bill (nowhere does it say they do this or did they tell us gratuity was added) didn’t tell us it was even there (luckily I caught it) charged us extra fees for items we didn’t order (I let it slide, I just wanted out of that oppressive place) and then proceeded to stand there and hover over us as we reviewed the receipt. They looked relieved when we didn’t argue with it and paid so clearly they try to pull this on many. This place won’t last…I’ll place my bets now.

The food here is actually quite delicious. I was nervous due to some of the reviews being so different. I had traditional. Breakfast with eggs, bacon, sourdough and hash browns. Everything had a wonderful taste. None of it was typical crappy quality diner food (which is what I thought it would be). It was all quality ingredients.
