We have been getting grinders at Zoe’s for years. Tonight they were delivered to our house and I would not describe them as burned rather they were charred! Now, I know things happen but when we called, they said they didn’t believe us! I took a picture..If they had said, sorry, it slipped by it would have been one thing but to say they didn’t believe us was pretty rude!

I called and ordered at 8:24 sent my boyfriend to pick up the good they were calling me at 8:55 asking where we were. The hours clearly say 9 on the website, why are they saying they close at 8:30 over the phone. Rude customer service

ordered pizza last night. picked it up myself. It was loaded with sauce and almost no cheese and very little toppings. We will NEVER go there again!
