Stopped by to try their halibut fish meal. It said 2 pieces with fries was 14.99. I figured the fish pieces would be a decent size due to their only being two. I was so disappointed when I got home. There was a regular order of fries with two very small, no kidding only 3 bites per piece of fish. I feel robbed paying the ridiculous amount I did. Zips, you should be ashamed of yourself.

This Zips is definitely one of the top three I’ve ever eaten at. Always fresh it’s worth the wait. Don’t go through the drive-thru if you’re in a hurry, you’ll be disappointed.

This is strike 3 for me . First time I try and order 4 milkshakes and told they wouldn’t take my order because they were closing (15 minutes before close) second time made sure got there plenty early and was told ice cream machine was down . Then tonight tried again almost an hour before closing and was told they had already taken the ice cream machine apart. Since we live within walking distance we use to walk the dogs and go a few times a week for ice cream on warm summer evenings , sadly we won’t even bother this summer .

Went through the drive through tonight, 05/17/23 and got 2 cod and fry baskets and a Papa jo, no lettuce. Well the fish was so over cooked it was dry, awful, my parents couldn’t eat it and have it to the dogs. my papa jo was covered in lettuce, and super dry, which ruins the whole burger for me, never again. I will drive all the way to Francis from now on, instead of the two blocks from this zips that I live from. We haven’t had a good meal in months.

3rd AND LAST time my kids will go here. Every time they’ve had an ice cream, a few hours later they’ve had a violent upset stomach. Thought it was maybe something else but today it was confirmed to be this location as they hadn’t eaten since lunch at 11 and this was at 4pm. All ice cream came up and they felt better almost immediately. It’s unfortunate but something is up there.

45 minutes to get food in a Sunday night, staff didn’t seem to bothered at all by it. Watched all my food sit and die in the window for 20 minutes while they were completely lost on how to get food out.

The only thing that disappointed me was the over-priced food. They charge to much. It’s nor reasonable for what they serve. The food tastes great. Service is amazing. But for a burger to cost close to $10. It’s not normal. I don’t really want to come back here. I would rather just go to Jack in The Box. More value for your money there. And they got great food as well.
