I used to walk here as a kid for a nice burger. Zip’s is a dine in place and this one still has not opened the lobby after every other restaurant has done over a year ago? Food is not anything close to what I would except for the new price hikes, if there was a larger volume of the food to match the price it might be worth it.

Yeah this store on 29th food is garbage. They get there meat from a local meat shop and this meat shop makes all the employees sign contracts to not tell anyone about how they make the burgers for places like this zips and other drive thus in town. Basically they take the meat that is on the verge of being expired and they take any other garbage meat that’s no good and they would just normally throw away and grind it all up together and called a Zips hamburger patty. Delish gets their meat from the same place that’s one of the biggest reasons why they advertise never Frozen always fresh if they froze it and save the meat it would probably get you really sick the meat was already garbage before It got to them.

There is no dine in at this store still due to covid scare. The service is drive through. I must say that the food was not very tasty, though the fries were cooked thoroughly and were crisp. I had a Wrangler, tiny amount of BBQ sauce, I had asked for onions and there weren’t any. You have to ask for them.

This owner/ manger is a dunce. You don’t pay livable wages so nobody wants to apply. You then close down the lobby becaue you’re understaffed then lose out on a Bunch of business. Nobody wants to sit in a drive through for 40 minutes for some fries and a corn dog. Learn from the other fast food places near you. Wish it would just close down

This is the best zips location in the region, yes I’ve been to all of them. The service is great, friendly and fast. They are always on the ball with order accuracy and everything is fresh – every time. Some of the other zips locations around Spokane should look to this one for how to improve customer experience. Consistent 5 star service and food quality. Kudos to staff and management, keep up the great work.

Overpriced and low quality, go to the sprague and bowdish location for much better service, food, and prices! For example, $7.99 for 3 piece chicken basket. Here it is $12.99 for worse quality. Not to mention the one on bowdish has ALL the shake flavors
