Zips is a staple of Spokane not to be missed. The far North Division location stands out above the others. They have a special Northside fry sauce that is very unique. My best guess it that it is a secret but I think it is the standard awesome sauce with a hint of smoke in it and is killer good. The interior decor has a very unique flare to it to. The staff is very engaging, friendly, and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. We usually use the drive through and have our dogs with us and they are well taken care of too.

A good place to eat . Good parking . Service is on par for a fast food experience. Owner is nice . I’m saddened about the death of their great milkshakes they used to have . I’ve ask their workers many times for a real milkshake, and they give you plain chocolate soft serve, probably out of the cone machine instead of actually taking the time to make a real milkshake out of a vanilla based ice cream. I haven’t dinged them on my review rating , because the food is generally excellent. PLEASE CHANGE THIS ASAP …

Im sorry, but we are dissapointed. Food was way to expensive. There were no other cars in the drivethrough, and it took 10 minutes to get our food. They forgot a drink, and a milkshake, but we were gone before we realized. On top of all that, service was terrible. $29 for a small burger, kids meal, and 2 small shakes. We won’t be spending our money here again

Drive through crew member with a mullet (sorry we were tired and traveling and didn’t get a name) was exceptionally nice to us as I have not been back to a zips in 8 years. My new wife and 3 year old are now long time fans and anticipating another stop next trip through. Thanks mullet man

Solid nostalgia with super friendly service. Shakes made with actual fruit, not just flavored syrups. We ordered buckets of fries and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t hyperbole – it was a lot of fries!

We went here for lunch recently and ordered the buddy meals, which are a great deal for bigger groups eating together. Staff was very friendly, food was very good and was a very good price, and we didn’t have to wait very long for our food.

Just left Zip’s and unfortunately I had to transfer money into my card account. My bad, the cashier was the most unfriendly and hateful person. Treated me like a senior thief.. So when someone is snotty to me I reciprocate with an attitude. Thanks for the heartwarming experience Zip’s.
