It’s very disappointing that this is the 2 pieces of fish that I was served for 7 dollars on fish Friday at Zips as well as ice cold mozzarella cheese sticks

They over charged us for 2 ice cream cones, on Sundays their cones are $2 and we were charged $6. the guy making the ice cream cones messed up on the soft serve tapped the ice cream out of the cone on the side of the garbage and tried to use the same cone to refill it until we had said something. Cotomer service was horrible.

My family and I went in tonight’s after a long hot day and was treated so terribly. The workers complained LOUDLY that we were so rude because we came in 30 minutes before closing. They have worked all day and we are the rude ones. I have worked service industry for over 10 years and was disgusted with the amount of disrespect and work ethic. We will not be returning to this zips again.

Hadn’t been here in over a year . Was running late for a event needed a quick meal , not eating would of been a better choice. Customer service sucked , fries where cold and old. Hamburger was way to salty. To expensive for the quality of the food.

Three people in line it took way too long to serve. They are charging much higher prices and they haven’t changed a thing. They are serving mediocre burgers and fries at gourmet prices. The environment is ancient it’s like you’re walking into the past except it’s not preserved in the least. There’s cracks on seats the place looks extremely old. Not taking care of very well there stains all over the ceiling. The building looks ancient. I’m paying higher prices for the same cheap product and cheap environment and shortlines that act like they’re extremely long because of how slow the employees are. Overall not impressed in the least bit will not be back. I do not recommend! Oh and by the way I usually like zips. Been to the one in Post falls many times I like them a lot. This place sucks!

Just sad. Use to be so good… so good. Bummer. $50. for 2 people to eat dinner! So gross!! Cold food, fish highly expensive for what we got. $10 shake… good grief. The staff was super sweet tho.

Their burgers, especially the Papa Joe, are so good. The fries are really good with their famous tarter sauce and ranch. They’re worth the wait because everything is cooked to order.

I ordered a pick up order for a 3 piece chicken basket and two of the three chicken “strips” were the size of chicken nuggets. They made up the size of the third strip. Why did that cost me $12?
