They messed up our order multiple times even after I confirmed what the order was supposed to be. Took about 40 minutes of waiting for them to get it right. The fries were really underdone and soggy. Also really over priced.

Just went into this zips, they had one car in the drive through and 3 people in the restaurant who did not have food. The staff was NOT working, soggy fries all over the floor in the grill area. Before we could even order, the kid at the counter told us that it would be at least 25 to 30 minute wait because they had a “bunch of orders”. We decided to leave. From reading the rest of the reviews, it appears that this Zips wants to go out of business!! I don’t understand! Go to Burger Express down the street!

Staff took order we ordered it to go then sat down and waited. They weren’t very busy. We observed staff screwing around and playing in grill area not making themselves available for customers… They got a customers order wrong 2 times. My husband and I had to wait for 45 minutes for our order even though my chicken sat out for roughly 15 minutes after being cooked and had to wait for my husbands burger

This place is absolutely foul. There’s not a clean surface in sight. Food, grease, dirt and filth cover every flat surface, floor and the walls. Combine that with weird things on the ceiling, broken lights, and groups of loud teenagers playing vulgar music, I can safely say I will never return to this hive of villainy.

Prices are ridiculous. We had 3 adult meals and 3 kid meals and it came to almost $84. The place had flies everywhere and dirty tables. NEVER AGAIN! Zips.

Just had the worst experience at Zips, I told them that the order was wrong and the girl fought with me at the window. I only received 1 Fry even though I paid for 2 and the burgers where completely wrong along with being cold and soggy. The people who used to work here where great but now this place is a dump and disgusting.

Not many restaurant choices in this part of Idaho. Onion rings were good but they were all fried into one big lump. Good jalapeno dip, I spread that all over my burger, it was mild. Fries are exactly what you’d expect. Burger on par with fast food joints. Pretty good and thick shakes.

09/17/22. Came in with my family this evening. Ordered and as soon as we got our cups for drinks the entire staff went outside to smoke. We are the only family in here. Two men came in 20 min later. Ordered and their food was out in 10 minutes. They were upset cause their food was completely wrong. Like four of their six burgers were made wrong. This is happening as my family is still waiting. At this point we are still waiting and it’s been 50 min 5pm to 6pm.
