I recently visited the sports Zipps, and I must say I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcomed and unappreciated as a customer. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, they sat my family in a secluded side of the restaurant behind a half wall, clearly being discriminatory towards my 2 young children and isolated us from society.

Big place to eat and chill out grab a drink with buddies and watch the game on numerous TVs the have there. Food took long to come out with no explanation and the service was weak that day despite not being busy. Probably will come back to try it out once again as well as shoot some pool.

Good bar food. Was the weirdest experience as I bragged to friends that the burgers were so good but I got this weird single patty burger smaller than McDonald’s…lol. They made a new one but never made anything right for me not having my meal while the others eat. For a $15 burger joint and $80 bill I’d just expect more….not today. People were nice and attentive but will look to a new neighborhood place.

This place…We’ve been here a few times and I just don’t really care for it. I like red wine and they charged somewhere around $12 for a glass and it wasn’t even half full. Way too much for a glass of soso wine. Plus the glass the bartender gave me was fifthly. I couldn’t believe it. I had to clean it myself and made sure I kept the same one while i was there. The second thing we also noticed it was a bit warm and asked the bartender. They told us that the AC was very low because management didn’t want to fix it or something and if they turned it up they would have buckets all over the restaurant. Really?? Overall this place isn’t that great, the services isn’t the best and the food is okay… Would not recommend this Zipps… POOR management.

I’ve been to other locations before, but this was our first time at this particular one. We were greeted promptly and sat down at a booth. The restaurant is very spacious, clean, and very well kept. They also have some good “oldies” on their playlist. We started with the pretzel dough bites with cheese, which was phenomenal – the dip tasted mixed with garlic, it was amazing flavor. For my entree, I had the BBQ chicken sandwich which was also good. Overall, very happy and we’ll be back. The service was a little slower/distant than we would have liked, but to be fair, we were seated behind a wall, and the server had us as a section, the area behind the wall, and also some outside patio seating.

I love Zipps and come here almost once a week. Today I dined in with friends and afterwards ordered food to go with a 24oz Zipperita. The service was horrible, she never came back to the table to see how everything was. Each time we had to ask another person to come over if we needed anything. Yes the first time she came over we ordered 3 drinks for 2 people (at the moment) but even after our 3rd person arrived she never came back. After our third person arrived, we almost walked to the bar to order food and drinks because no one was coming over. Keep in mind our drinks were clearly empty on the table.

Seems to be getting worse instead of improving. Turkey Burgers come out beef. After repeating a couple of times with turkey burgers. Tuna sandwich was dripping wet. It looks like our visits here are coming to an end. New bartender accidentally poured premium vodka. After she realized it she mentioned to her mgr. She poured wrong vodka, the little dweeb manager made her take the drink already poured and dump it out and make me a well.

Service at this location is super super slow, sometimes even non-existent. This last time we went on July 15th, around noon, we ended up waiting 10 minutes just to be seated while four other parties showed up behind us. Once seated, it was another 10-15 minutes of waiting for any service that unfortunately never came. Ended up leaving after 25 wasted minutes.

Worst zips in town ! The GM Gabriel is extremely rude! He told me I’m just trying to scam them for free food.. even though I had a 40 dollar credit at this zips because of my previous order that was completely messed up!! I called today and we got into a verbal agreement over the phone lol I’m a customer than he hung up the phone on my face ! I proceeded to call back and he had Hana the hostess hang up on me also.. unbelievable I will be contacting corporate tomorrow!!!
