My husband and I love to come here for dates, special occasions, or even just for dinner. They have a great atmosphere and the food is wonderful! We love the Pizza Mia and Spinach and Artichoke dip. Lately we’ve been doing the “To go” ordering due to having little babies and it’s been successful every time. The staff tries their best to meet your needs 🙂

Went for my birthday, waited to be seated, hardly any customers at 4pm. Finally seated, waiter wandered back long enough to get my drink order then wandered off again. Waited 15 more minutes to see if he would get my order as he puttered around the entire restaurant. Looked like nearly the entire staff was just standing around. Got tired of waiting, dropped $2 for the tea he actually bothered to get me, and walked over to Los Cuates. They had my order ready in under 10 minutes. Used to love coming here, won’t be back.

I took my daughter, and family there for my daughters 16th birthday. I was very disappointed. The waiter was just okay, and the food taste like it was premade, and warmed in the microwave. The sauce in the pasta was thick!, 8 people in my party, and not one enjoyed the food.

Went here 6 -months ago. Waited 1 -hour for food. Asked waiter to check and he said manager was aware of problem. 20 minutes later no food. Went to talk to manger and it seems order was lost. No apology at all. When we finally got food sauce was not mixed in and taste was bland. Spend your hard earned money somewhere where they care about their customers.

This was our first time going to Zio’s, and I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews first because I might not have gone if I had. The decor was plain, but nice, and the store was very clean. It wasn’t very busy, so we got our table right away and were introduced to our server, a guy named Gill, and a guy named Morgan who was training with him. We got our drink orders in and got our daughter’s food ordered right away. Her food came out really quick, and was plentiful, if not a little bland looking. I didn’t think any extraordinary amount of time had gone by, but the manager, Michelle, came up to our table, apologized for the wait, and explained that my calzone had been accidentally taken to the wrong table, so they were having to make me another one. To make up for the wait (which we honestly didn’t even notice), she said they’d pay for my calzone and give us a free dessert for the trouble. The food came out about five minutes after she stopped by. The calzone was amazing, and my girlfriend’s spicy chicken alfredo was probably enough to feed all of us. For dessert, we got Lemon Sorbetto and Tiramisu. The tiramisu was very well made as was the sorbetto. The bill came, and the sorbetto had been comped. Oddly, the calzone was still on there, but since we needed to leave, we paid the tab. The total cost for everything came out to around $32 + tip for me, my girlfriend, and my daughter. The cost was pretty spot on with something like Olive Garden, but I think the food was better. Not as greasy I suppose. We’ll definitely be back again.

Who makes their customers pay for food that was sent back? I ordered the chicken promodoro. It was extremely salty and the pasta was creamy. I am NOT a picky eater but dayum!!! That dish had TOO MUCH salt in it. I was told it was the peas in the dish. Even then, they should have offered a different dish or refund. I would not go back there.

Pretty horrible food. Worst Chicken Parmigiana plate that I have ever had, and I have had it all over the country. The Caesar salad had not so fresh lettuce. And my Fried Mozzarella appetizer turned out to be crummy mozzarella sticks. I had better from the frozen supermarket isle. My GF’s Zio’s Appetizer Sampler (fried zucchini and calamari) – the calamari was half frozen and the zucchini was soggy. Her entree, one of Zio’s House Specialties, Shrimp Limone was just as bad. Frozen shrimp and not so fresh mushrooms. The waiter was rushing us to take the order, and now I know why. If only I could go back in time and run away. Just terrible.
