Solid place for burgers. The truffle and loaded fries never disappoint. Kids menu is ok. My kids had the chicken tenders and they didn’t look or taste good. Our server Jose was amazing and great with our kids.

I have been to Zinburger a number of times and it is always a treat. If you are looking for a great burger that you can customize this is the place. Everything is made fresh to order. The meat is a great quality and there are a variety of toppings to choose from, in addition to choosing buns or bunless. If you have never tried zucchini fries before try them here. The sweet potato waffle fries are delicious and not to mention the milk shakes. Wheel chair accessible, bathrooms and wonderful service. It is in front of Walt Whitman mall. Really great place to bring your family and friends.

This place feels like home, I find that over time I’ve gotten to know almost everyone here. Amanda, Cher, Alison, Jamie, Andrew, Derek, and Chynna are always super friendly and I’m happy to be able to request one of them as my server. Also, the food is all super fresh. They have an open kitchen, so you can see how clean it is. They’re constantly prepping fresh cut fries and gourmet burgers. Every shake is delicious and designed for Instagram.

The only thing great here is the hip interiors which is slowly becoming mainstream. Food is just average, almost flavorless. Burgers aren’t very tasty and extremely sloppy. Service is quite unprofessional and discourteous. I get the laid back aspect, but the staff is way too laid back. The cost is way too high for the quality of food or service you’d expect for the price.

Excellent selection of burgers. Can choose different types of beef. Good size burgers. Food always hot and tastes great. Side of fries is good but always a little too greasy. Pricing is very fair. Sometimes the wait time for food arrival is a bit longer than average. Polite and professional staff. Ambiance is active and loud. Will definitely be going back.

Every time I visit this restaurant it’s hard to miss the dedication to great food and service. My first visit was amazing, Turkey burger was juicy, everything was on point. My second visit a few months later was tolerable. The Turkey burger was dry, the servers were haggard. I brought this up with a server or a supervisor at the time, and they apologized and said they were under new management and said they will try to be better next time. Since then, I keep going back. The Turkey burger is better than ever, the service is exceptional. It’s great when someone takes feedback and applies it. As a customer, it’s best to not be reactive and share your experience with the staff.
