We tried several items from the menu and every single one was delicious! We had the Vegan Samosas, Onn Noh Kout Swal (Coconut Noodle Soup), Mohinga, Lat Phat Toke (Tealeaf Salad), Ginger Salad and Zin Zin the owner, she threw in 2 drinks; Burmese Sweet Iced Milk Tea and a Burmese Sweet Hot Milk Tea-both incredibly delicious. My favorite was the Coconut Noodle Soup because it was zingy and so flavorful and the Tealeaf Salad; the nuts, spices, texture and overall flavor is just a party on your palette! The samosas were flaky, crispy and the dipping sauces were super yum! What a wonderful addition to our community and we can’t wait to try other items on the menu!

There is also curry, tea leaf salad, rice and traditional noodles dishes. I have to try them all, but wanted to started with dishes reminds me of my mom’s cooking. Everything tastes so fresh. I will definitely be a regular here.

The Mohinga with noodles is such a treat along with the vegan samosas and all of the curry dishes. I cannot wait to continue to explore the flavors of authentic Burmese cuisine with Zin zin’s food. The food! Wow! I felt like I was nourishing my soul and body when I ate the pumpkin curry. The beef keema partha was amazing, flaky and rich, with a light salad of fresh ingredients. The samusas were yummy. It was like comfort food meets spices-but-not-too-spicy-for-me, meets fresh flavors. Next time I am going to order more pumpkin curry- it freezes great too! Also Zin Zin is so wonderfully helpful and takes great care to make sure every customer has a fantastic experience.

Zin Zin’s food is transporting, taking you to another place with exotic smells and flavors, and yet there is something so comforting and familiar about this food cooked with a mother’s touch. The catering options are great to liven up any event, and take any chance you can get to buy her food from the summer markets. Vegetarian and Gluten Free options too, and all of it is yummy!
