Jana was very nice and hospitable. When I was there you can tell that all of the food is made from scratch and is fresh. I only ate a baklava on my first visit but it was 5/5 stars for freshness and taste.

I’ve been watching this place for a while and wanting to find the time to drop in. Today I got to have the most lovely lunch experience there. Their signature dish is a rolled sandwich of sorts, flat bread with a wonderful concoction of 12 herbs and then rolled up to eat. It is absolutely delicious. It’s a hot food they make it on the flat top so the bread is toasty and the herbs warm and aromatic. It’s a good size portion and I snarfed mine completely. Although it was enough food, I loved it so much I almost ordered another one so that the taste experience would never end. Along with my sandwich roll I got a pot of thyme and mint tea which is a clear glass pot filled with fresh herbs and boiling water sat over a candle to keep it hot. It is so delicious and aromatic and the perfect compliment to the roll. I’m in love and I’m going to come many many more times in the future. The service is really quite lovely and fast and everyone was very kind to me and willing to answer my questions. Do yourself a favor and try this place out you will not be sorry! It’s nicely decorated, clean and spacious and a very comfortable place to just sit and enjoy a light meal.

They deceive their employees, for $11 they want them to work as a baker and a cleaner and a waiter at the same time, they promise a salary in 2 weeks, and in the end, if you want to leave, they don’t pay and they kick you out. And this is a small part of what can be said about this institution.

The zhengyalov and baklava were the two items that my friend recommended to me. They both were delicious. But the items were very light and I was not very filled after finishing both items. The price was a bit high for me when I compared it to what you can get for ~$15 at another restaurant in Glendale.
