Food is pretty good! One of the cleanest one around. As of tonight poor customer service. The young man behind the counter gave me 1$ change back from a $20 bill and the order was $7.71. Treated like a liar when I told owner about the $1 change. She looked on tape and saw I was right. Didn’t say sorry. Won’t go back. Hell we all want to make money. Do what’s ethically and morally right.

To hell with this particular Chinese spot. My fiancé and I went in and spent 28.88 on food and in were saying to keep an eye on us to make sure we aren’t stealing their beverages they had strewn about the table. Little did they know my fiancé knew what they were saying even though it wasn’t English. I usually don’t write bad reviews but this time I have a really bad taste in my mouth with my experience here.

Wanted to give a better review since the food is good and they have the only decent crab rangoons in the area. However, their website states that they deliver up to 6 miles out (with $2 delivery fee). I’m 4.7 miles away but when I called, they just said they only deliver to 06705 in Waterbury. If that’s the case, then that’s how it should be phrased on the website!

I have been eating here for years! Until the last time I ordered, it was horrible! Almost like someone else cooked it/changed the recipes on everything I always order. I was very disappointed with everything…I had ordered the General Tso’s chicken combination meal. I will never go back to this restaurant again. The food was awful! The chicken was gross. I didn’t care for it because it was overcooked and dry. The sauce was just horrible. I had to pay prior to getting the food. I didn’t mind paying, but the people who run this establishment are rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant again…

Eating here for years. About 2 months ago we ordered food for the family… Sesame chicken was totally GROSS a favor I never want to experience again… So bad my nephew who eats everything didn’t like the chicken either… Totally turned me away! Lost a fantastic and loyal customer!!!
