We love Zero’s. Have since living here back in the 90s. Our go to sandwich has always been the grinder, all the way. Which is what you seen in my picture. The reason for the 2 stars only is because despite asking for Zero’s sauce and all the way, not only wasnt there any Zero’s sauce but no oil or vinegar. This isn’t the first time we’ve been left disappointed in this location but I think it’s the last time we’ll go there.

Asked for a Parmesan chicken 12 inch “on whole wheat .” Woman says “ huh” to the bread choice (they only have two white or wheat )… I replied and Two more times “huh” and then says “ you mean wheat?” First red flag . Got the sandwich 26 MINUTES LATER AND BURNT! Carrying boxes from fridge to food area and never change gloves. Working register, handling money and making food, again never changed gloves Yummy (sarcasm)

17 dollar philly cheesesteak with stale RAW onions, absolute laziness! Had to throw it away after 2 bites. THIS LOCATION SUCKS! Rude, white people hating cashier. Do your self a favor and eat somewhere else.

place was fairly clean. some dirty tables and haven’t seen anyone come by to clean in the 40 mins I’ve been here. food was good. got the 12″ monster meatball (marinara, provolone, meatball, pepperoni, bacon, sausage) and a small drink. meal came out to $16.40. with the sub being $12.99. pretty pricey for what I received. still tasted good. service was unfriendly. cashier (bald head, glasses) seemed like he didnt want to be here and felt miserable. location is tucked in the back corner of a shopping plaza. not sure if I’ll ever come back.

I would have given 5 stars but the white guy who was working today Dec 1 around 11 was a very rude. If you don’t want to be at work leave. Over all not a nice person the lady working with him ..super nice . Place seem to be clean ….and the food was great . That guy just sucks as a person …just makes me want to eat elsewhere next time and yes I even tipped and dude was still rude ..won’t tip again if he there or buy anything.
