We arrived late to the hotel and we ended up here because the steakhouse was booked up. I’m so glad that we did! The service was amazing! We started with drinks and then oysters, blue crab with squid ink pasta, delicious seared scallops, and a decadent dessert! Our server bought us each a drink and we spent time conversing with him about his upcoming marriage. At the end of the night they even offered us leftover wine that was to go into their sangria! The setting was romantic and beautiful. I can’t give more than 5 stars, but I wish that I could!

Visited this restaurant while staying at the Gaylord Hotel during QuakeCon 2023. Hubby and I were very pleased with our meal. The octopus appetizer was amazing! The octopus was cooked to perfection. It had some mini potatoes and a delicious sauce. I forgot to take a picture before eating so the one I have is after removing 2 pieces. Hubby had the mushroom risotto with chicken that was super good. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, as was the risotto. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with a side of forest mushrooms. Together was great, but the fettuccine Alfredo alone had a very mild flavor. For dessert I had the tiramisu which was a bit too soaked so the flavor was off for me. Hubby had the pineapple cheesecake that was soooo good. Finishing the dessert with a cappuccino and black coffee made the evening perfect. We will definitely dine there again if we’re staying here.

I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken. They brought us bread which I enjoyed also. We didn’t have reservations so the girl in the front offered us to sit in the bar since we didn’t want wait much longer to eat. Once we got near the bar, I asked a young gentleman if we could sit at the round two sit table and he said yes that would be ok. Then another young lady by the register said sometimes they are lenient since it wasn’t busy, so me and my sister got to sit at a table more comfortable versus sitting on the bar. The pricing is a bit too much but I guess a restaurant like this might say that the food is freshly made and organic plus they have it set up a bit fancy for like a date night with your significant other. If they want keep these pricing then I would want more pasta in my plate and free tiramisu cake.

Was able to experience dinner on Jun 20 ’23 at Zeppole. I’ll say the Meatball App was outstanding and dinner (Tuscan Strip, Fettuccine Alfredo) were excellent. We grabbed a dessert to share and were very impressed! Diana was our server and made the experience top notch. Wine selection was adequate, however pricing was a bit high.

Celebrating our anniversary with a staycation at the Gaylord Texan and had dinner here tonight. Abby was super friendly and helpful! We had questions on what to order since we couldn’t decide and she answered them with no hesitation. We also wanted non-alcoholic drinks and she suggested some good ones the bar could make for us. We ordered the meatballs, Zuppa Di Laura, Novascotian Halibut, Frito Di Mare and Budino. Everything we ate was delicious! Definitely left with a full belly.

Savana our waitress was excellent. She was also our waitress when we dinned here in January and she remembered us! She even remembered what mocktails we had. We were very impressed and felt at home. She further elevated our dinning experience by comping our dessert because we were celebrating our wedding monthversary. We have always felt special dinning at Zeppole. We have celebrated all our month wedding anniversaries here. This was our last one before we end our ‘newly wed’ year. I gave lower ratings for the food because the chicken Marsala dish has changed. The breading on the chicken is too doughy, and the sauce on the mushroom is not as flavorful. Also the mashed potatoes on the earlier version were delicious. I miss that. The Tuscan soup was scrumptious and the asparagus, exquisite. Hubby loved his fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. Overall, we had a great time and we’ll be back.

Dynamite braised pork and pasta dish; one of the best I’ve ever had.

I’ll give it a 4/5 stars. The food was decent, but nothing special. The cacio e peppe was probably the worst I’ve ever had. The drinks were great and the service was decent, though not as great as one would expect for the prices charged (typical resort overcharging).

We ate here during our stay at the Gaylord for a conference that lasted three days. This is by far the best place to eat at the Gaylord Texan. I didn’t know what to expect from a hotel restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant has two main eating areas. One area is a quaint sitting area with lovely cushioned chairs wit a more cozy restaurant feel. The other area is a kind of open air bar surrounded by small bistro tables. While at the conference Zeppole was my go to place to hang out. I had a few if the dishes. I ate the Chicken Marsala, Winter Squash risotto and a wonderful beef rib dish served on pasta. Everything was very flavorful and delicious. Each meal comes with great foccacia bread and oil/vinegar. If you find yourself at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine Texas, make sure to eat at Zeppole’s. It’s a little pricey.

I had the chicken marsala and everything was great about it except the chicken could’ve been a little more juicy. My friends had the Lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo that they enjoyed as well.
