Waited an hour for our pizza to arrive raw. We were offered the option of a credit for a future pizza or another pizza to be delivered. Not wanting to wait another hour, we opted for the credit. We would prefer to be refunded as we won’t be ordering pizza from here in the future.

Zeppe’s Concord has been a staple for us. They have a delicious pizza and the Joey’s Original Clevelander is one of my favorites. They even do catering for large group orders.

We called in for 2 pizzas. After asking the price we decided not to order them. The man who took the call then rudely and loudly said a nasty comment while hanging up the phone. Unacceptable customer service.

Zeppies Pizza in Concord is by far the best. I love their deluxe pizza, chicken ranch, thin crust pepperoni, and subs. I don’t think there is anything I don’t like.

Big pizza fan. Unfortunately not a big Zeppe’s pizza fan. Floppy crust, way too much cheese and not a lot of great flavor. Was incredibly painful throwing away half of a pizza.

I will never order from this place again!!!! Terrible customer service from the general manager!!! I called to complain about the chicken I received. I ordered chicken tenders and got a cluster mess of chicken. Very dissatisfaction and I will never order from them again!!!! Pictures of what it was supposed to look like and a picture of what I received.
