I have personally never had any issues in the multiple times I’ve been here and taken my items from the belt (which is a fun and unique experience). I will say the more expensive rolls are the only ones I’d come here for. The less expensive rolls are just okay. I liked the crab roll (one with pile of crab on top) and the pepper salmon roll best! The selection will be limited for the last part of their open hours, so I suggest coming earlier. It feels a bit silly to have a waiter when you’re serving yourself, but it’s nice to be checked on. Overall, I have been here several times and will be back.

Mallory B was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!! She was attentive, helpful and always there when we needed her. She got our orders quickly and promptly!!! I almost got mad when there was no coconut ice cream but Mallory saved the day with her smile and grace!!! Ten out of ten!!! You need to hire more people like her this place would be booming!!!! I will definitely be back!!!! Give her a raise!!! ☺️

It’s not the greatest quality sushi, after all some of it has been on the conveyor belt a while, but I enjoy it. My wife and I like Zen for a quick date night. The price adds up quick though. I do think they over charge a bit. All the employees have always been really nice.

My first visit and it will not be the last. Very calming atmosphere. Very clean. Fast service. Clear marked photo menu and sign showing the cost of each color plate. Most of all very fresh flavorful sushi. I highly recommend the restaurant. Plus you need to see the largest metal Buddha in WA State.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was very disappointed.The taste of the food was just okay. It was like a fast food sushi place. Not what I expected after reading the reviews saying large portion sizes. The portion sizes are very small for what you pay. The wasabi is disgusting. This order cost me $38.00 plus my delivery fee and tip. I’m still hungry!

We chose to sit in the bar instead of out by the belt, and it was an awesome choice! You can still grab rolls off the belt, but the best part is that you order ANYTHING on the menu and get it fresh made! The bartender, Carmen is awesome, she makes great drinks and was super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu! We’ll definitely be back!!

Let me first say this, I really enjoy this restaurant. The food is always good, I’m satisfied with the selection, I love the self serve conveyor belt concept, the prices are fair. The reason why I give two stars is because the last few times I been here there is always a mess on the floor and the seats. When I go out to eat I usually wear something nice and when I come here my shoes and clothes get dirty not because I’m spilling on myself but because there’s food from previous customers on the floor and on the seats. The seats themselves are in terrible condition and desperately need to be reupholstered. In their current condition, they cannot be effectively sanitized or even wiped down. They have an unpleasant odor from spilled food and bacteria growing on them. Most of the time service is okay but if I request a certain table sometimes the hostess gets a little snotty. The sushi makers are usually pretty cool, they smile and greet me first which is nice. Other than that I have no other complaints.

Cute belt sushi place :)) I love the environment and the taste of most of it! The sesame balls are amazing and there are a lot of options ! I’ve gone back a few times as it makes for a nice date spot 🙂 staff are always super friendly !
