I love this place you can choose the bowls they have or built you own. The food is fresh, flavorful and delicious. I got a bowl with spinach, Chickpeas, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, tomatoes and miso ginger dressing. They have outdoor seating and access to a neighborhood park. The place was pretty busy at noon.

This place was a great find off the interstate! Got our food in minutes (the potatoes were a little done for me) but everything else was perfect. Great price, oh and you gotta try out the complimentary flavor waters if you dine in. The ginger one is really good.

First time at Zen Hen … won’t be my last! This place is sooo good! Love that I can customize my bowl and the hydration station was a nice touch. Blueberry Ginger Lemon was yummy! I was full when I left and felt great about what I had put in my body. Wish I could have them meal prep for me for the whole week!!!

I order takeout from Zen Hen weekly. Our family has lots of food sensitivities and issues so the fresh, clean ingredients and flexible menu options work really well for us. We are from out of state and found this place on Happy Cow while traveling. What a gem!! So many choices and the menu is primarily customizable. Healthy, fresh food with great flavor in a cute atmosphere. We ate in and appreciated the complimentary drinks. I chose blueberry lemon ginger water. It was delicious. Zen Hen is a great concept along with great execution. My only disappointment is that this isn’t a franchise that we could bring to Pittsburgh, PA. Two foodie vegans from the Burgh are sure you won’t be dissatisfied with your meal here.

Build your own bowl place with plenty of veg options. Potatoes and sweet potatoes are not organic so I presume nothing is. Ask about oil free dressing and was told 2 were oil free only to learn the one the d’hubby ordered was not.

We went because of guests being vegan. Food was okay, but not overwhelmingly great. Service was good, nice counter people. Atmosphere was a little blah. And you wait on yourself, getting drinks and cleaning tables. Yet they hit you up for a tip when you pay. Food was fresh, for the most part. Not somewhere we will crave to return.
