We as a black church family came to this restaurant. And by the time we walked in the door good. We was immediately told that we was NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO BE SERVICED SMH!!! He seen 8 people and said it was too many of us Wow!! It was over 44 minutes to the time they was suppose to closed. Why would u not be able to service us?? The restaurant had other customers in it already( all white only) . And 2 other white people that was walking in as we was walking out . Obviously wasn’t told as we was cause they didnt come back out!!! When the man seen me taking a picture of the restaurant he ran out. Trying to give excuses of why. But at the end of the day. We knew where he heart really was. We shall be praying that God work on their hearts!!

It was my first time going there. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was awesome. I have made it my breakfast restaurant on a weekly basis. I encourage everyone to try their breakfast.

Lost Memories
First time wanted to check this place out, there was no parking left. So tried another day…later around 1ish. Was shocked how big it was indoors. Loads of places to sit. The menu was selective. Not much to choose from. No where tells you sides, or apps. I asked for a chicken dish they had on the menu but they said it had to be defrosted and take awhile to do so. I was patient. Surprised fries wasn’t part of the sides could choose from. Charged extra to have it as one of two sides. Seem need a little updating indoors as well. Very outdated. When asked about the specials apple sauce was an option. I said will have that but he said we ran out…why even tell me about it. Fine, I had stewed apples instead (which was amazing) when the food came, everything was delicious even though there was set backs. Wish there was more options to choose from. The staff was good, but maybe need someone more on the ball. When I went there was no new customers coming in. Everyone left so kind of empty.

Best hamburger steak with grilled onions and gravy I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. Two vegetables come with so do yourself a favor and try it. And Holly will take great care of you just like she did for me and everyone else. Enjoy!

Our church visited on 4/30/2023. We walked in as a group,the owner stopped us at the door saying, “we can’t handle all of you!” (9 adults, 1 child). One of took pictures of the business, the owner came out yelling excuses at us, on the outside.

Food was ok at best.,Place needs a HUGE MAKEOVER. I wouldn’t probably go back due to how outdated the restaurant is! A larger portion would also help this establishment out tremendously, I would rather go to the Waffle House and feel more comfortable and get bigger portions.
