Love this place! Best chicken I’ve had. I always go for tongue torcher sauce or sweet and spicy and get a number 3. Heard good things about this place but never really bothered until today. Kinda regretted it especially cause I passed a Cane’s on my way there. Ordered the 3 piece meal and you can see in my picture what I got. 3 chicken nuggets. They were in fact “tenders” but the size of them was almost insulting. Like were these from pigeons? They tasted fine but nothing to write home about. Overall very upset about the size of the chicken for the price I paid. Not worth it.

edit: the company sent me a free voucher to go back. I was willing to give them another chance and see if the size of the chicken was small in my last order because it was just an employee not paying attention. The chicken was a better size this time. I am glad to see that it was just a one off bad day. I love their chicken and dipping sauce. I do recommend eating here. Great food!

I want to give this place a higher rating. Because the food is very good. But the night I visited this location, the food wasn’t cooked properly (See photo). The dining area was really dirty. A self dispensing soda machine machine was also filthy and disgusting. The workers were more concerned with socializing with each other than actually serving their customers. Zaxbys has great chicken. But this location fell short.

We always pass this place but had never been. We decided to try it tonight. We both ordered the chicken sandwiches. They were like gas station food that had been frozen and microwaved. $22 for pretty awful food. We gave it a shot. We never have to go back.

*********Food has slipped a bit. They don’t even put eggs in their Cobb salads anymore. They say they are too expensive and so they just take them away from the customers. Not a good look for a service and food industry. Was disappointed it use to be better.

Service was fast and friendly. Chicken tasted fine but lacked a good crunchy outside. If you are expecting a buffalo sauce you will be disappointed. They have their own sauce, which is good, but a little salty. Would go back but it’s not super exciting.
