Bland chicken. The Buffalo sauce for the boneless chicken tastes like nothing. The chicken was dry and stale. It was pretty obvious that all the food we were served was left out for hours prior [we got our food around 4]. Even the bread was soggy, the fries were firm and cold and they forgot all of the sauces. Will not be returning and would sadly not reccomend.

Great place to eat and many options depending on what you like. Kids meals are good and sizes of the chicken wings are medium to large with many different sauces you can choose from and dips as well. We had a nice lunch and left full..

Full disclosure, I only ate here once. But it was bad enough that I don’t want to give it another try. I got a spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken was chewy, the sauce was bland and the cheese reminded me of the shrink-wrapped Kraft slices… maybe that’s on purpose but it’s just not my thing. The fries were stale. The Sweet tea was decent though!

HORRIBLE. Me and 3 of my friends went here yesterday, we all got their chicken and now we all have food poisoning from them. We also called them to explain our situation and give them a heads up about their chicken, and one of the workers who answered flat out said whatever to my friend then hung up. UNACCEPTABLE and disrespectful.

I unfortunately did enjoy my experience from this Zaxby’s location. There were no customers when I went here, which was my first sign that something was wrong here. But I never had Zaxby’s before. While my order was delivered accurately and swifly. Unfortunately, when I went to eat the food, it was riddled with terrible and cold food. The fries tasted soggy and felt like they were in a refrigerator for hours before I had them. The chicken sandwich I had as my entree had a dry chicken breast and lacked substantial sandwich fillings. While the food was not a 1/5, it was still not a high quality fast food meal. I will come back at some point, but this experience was nothing special.
