Not what I expected it to be, but the limited staff did a great job considering what they were up against. Worst power outage in years with just a few places open, and the staff never got flustered.. even with the usual Karen’s doing their over inflated sense of self- ritcheous entitlement whining over anything they could find to cry over. Mr. Manager, you have a great crew there. If anyone deserves to be given huge pay raises, it is the crew on duty this day.

Ordered my food and I got old boneless wings with wrong flavor, fries weren’t seasoned at all, my toast tasted old, only good thing was my tinders, other then that will NOT be eating here for a while this is just unbelievable!!!! DO BETTER

I was going to Subway but was convinced by my sister that Zaxby’s was a better choice. This was my first visit and I am glad I decided to go. The chicken was not dry out nor were there skimpy pieces. This was an excellent choice and I’m totally going back!!

The family meal is currently one of the best deals you can find for a decent price. Feeding family of 5 will cost as much money or more for less food at most other fast food places. They’re at least consistently upper mid quality.

I ordered the loaded fries with extra cheese cooked to order with a5 piece traditional wings and 2 egg rolls. I went through the drive through and then fries were horrible, I opened up my bag to look at my food and the fries were cold with unmelted cheese on top of them with over cooked, hard,dried out chicken also on them but remind you I asked for them to be cooked to order. So I pull around and park, goes inside and asked for a refund and i was told that she was waiting on a manager. So I assume he told her to refund me but when she did the refund she only gave me$20 and I was owed $20.25. So I told her she still owed me.25 cents and she replied it wouldn’t let her refund it, so the manager, tall white,rude, ignorant guy, walks to the counter and asked what was wrong with the food and I told him and he replied,” was there anything wrong with the egg rolls and the wings” and I said no. So he tells me as he’s handing me my.25 cents, ” well you should have only gotten a refund for your fries only.” He didn’t apologize or nothing for them messing up my order. I want all my money so I can take it else where!
