First time trying Zaxby’s. Would not recommend. Spent almost $14 on a 5 piece boneless wing meal and an order of fried pickles. Wings were cold. The bread wasn’t toasted. I barely got any fries but they are warm. The worst was the fried pickles. They are so burnt and crispy you can’t even taste the pickle inside. Taste like they have been cooked over and over again. Taste like a big ball of grease! Lesson learned will not be a returning customer!

Great service, and the restaurant was clean and had a good vibe. Was not impressed with the food. Got the 3 sliders, it was chicken… Nothing great about the flavor or different than buying chicken breast tenders from the store, and actually I’ve had better store bought chicken tenders. The bread was dry and took away from the sammich. (I know bread is usually dry, but this was like dry dry). The fries… Well they were crinkle cut fries, needed more salt. Something definitely different, Zaxby’s is very good at what they do. The only problem is that I have been creating salads at home, better and cheaper, like Zaxby’s for years. We had the loaded chicken fries and fried cheese balls. I’m uncertain about how the fries were but the cheese balls weren’t seasoned well. The temp was right but there wasn’t alot of flavor coming from the breading. Drive thru was fast and the woman at the register was polite.

Move over Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, or whatever your favorite chicken sandwich imitators are… Zaxby’s is here to show you how they do chicken and it’s done pretty damn well. This place is about a 30 minute drive from me so I’ve only had it a handful of times but each time I do, I’m thoroughly impressed. I’ve tried their chicken sandwich, tenders, wings, and a grilled chicken cobb salad. All of which has their own specific things I really enjoyed… Everything tasted fresh, well put together, and great flavor(s). First off their chicken sandwich is BETTER than 99% of the competitors out there… I said it, 99% as there will always be one better from some hole in the wall in TN. Anyways, they also have some amazing ‘homemade’ Zaxby’s sauce that is super tasty on any of their chicken you try. The grilled chicken cobb salad was great and highly recommended. Not too big, not too small. Just right!
