Do yourself a favor and do NOT stop in. Upon entering, the floors were filthy. Inside was exactly the same…unfortunately, we did not notice until after we ordered and looked for a seat. There were well over 30 tables and we finally found one that was relatively clean. Food and debris littered the floor under the tables and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I was afraid to go into the restroom for fear of what I may find. I would give the restrooms a 3 out of 5…if that tells you anything. Now, let’s talk about the food. The 5 piece meal had literally (they were counted) 14 fries that were not hot and what looked to be 5 large chicken nuggets. It cost over $11 for basically a happy meal. What little chicken was there under the thick batter tasted old and dry. I usually don’t give out a 1 star but because of the uncleanliness it had to be done…never mind how bad the food was.

The food has really gone downhill at this location. I ordered at the drive thru, they left an item out of my order. The chicken sandwich is nowhere near as good as Popeyes, it’s actually the worst chicken sandwich I’ve had from all the fast food chains. The frys are soggy and warm at best.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. I called in a semi large order and I asked how long they would need. They said they’d have it ready as soon as I wanted it. I said I’ll be there in about 20 minutes and they said ok. I showed up 20 minutes later and payed for the food. After waiting another 20 minutes and seeing people that showed up after I got there getting their food I asked how much longer it would be. The girl came back and said they were about to start on it. I politely asked if I could cancel and get a refund. Then the manager smarted off as I was walking out. I won’t be back.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich and ordered only the zaxbys signature sandwich. After waiting a significant amount of time where I thought they were making this sandwich, the final result was a luke warm chicken, small amount of sauce and soggy bread much larger than the chicken piece. Sorry, but this was not even satisfactory and will not return or recommend.

Absolutely the worse Zaxby’s to go to. Especially around closing hours 8pm-10pm I’m warning you not to go there. You pay $14 just to get chumped out your fries. Especially when you ordered double fries. You get old chicken also and I got mines tossed and I could still tell they was old.. I moved here from Nashville and this specific Zaxby’s is a disgrace of the Zaxby’s name.

I was calling in an order and was put on hold for 13 minutes, this is ridiculous. I hung up and drove to zaxbys went inside to order and there was 4 cars in drive thru and about 5 cars in parking lot with people eating inside. The was a couple workers acting like they were having a bad day no thank you, your welcome or anything. If it wasn’t for my wife wanting the salad, l would of took her to some other restaurant, I did go somewhere else to eat. This place needs to work on taking call in orders and manners.
