I waited 15mins inside the restaurant for fresh food. I find it very disturbing that the cashier gave my food to someone else. The young lady took the food outside and realized she had the wrong order. She bought my food back into the restaurant instead of throwing the food away the cashier tried to give me the food that the young lady took outside of the restaurant. She insisted that the young lady didn’t touched the food. She didn’t know that and I don’t either. That’s a major health violation! It needs to be addressed! I would like to file a complaint.

Food is consistently alright. Service tends to take a while and employees ignore you at the counter. Main problem is, it’s uncomfortably hot in the lobby. I can’t imagine what the kitchen crew is going through back there since it’s always hot in the kitchen. Poor workers need a manager that cares enough to make their jobs less terrible.

First time here and ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken and an unsweetened ice tea. Good salad even without the unavailable bacon. Order taker was friendly and confident. Plenty of seating available at about 5pm. Atmosphere is rated at three stars due to a heavy cooking odor in the dining room. Also, while the decor is nice typical Zaxby’s, lighting is a little dark. The dark and odorous dining room questions the overall cleanliness. Maybe the kitchen exhaust fans are faulty, worn, or insufficient. If the drive through line is backed-up, finding a parking spot will be very difficult.

This most recent time I went to Zaxby’s, I had an online order. I went up to the counter and saw my order there, so I went to take it and leave. This worker, who is in the middle of helping another customer, leaves him, goes over to me, and snatches my food out of my hands and says, “Excuse me, can I help you?”

My family and I ate at Zaxby’s on Campbell Lane last night. The service was incredible from the cashier , Jamarious. The speed of service and the food quality were outstanding.
