What a cluster! One guy said he had been waiting 45 minutes. That’s how long we waited as well. No one in charge. Kids behind counter just playing while line of people grew. Filthy restaurant with overflowing garbage and workers taking a break, eating during rush

The food and atmosphere at Zaxby’s are nearly always on-point. Good quality and consistent taste. The biggest struggle (as is with most fast food) is consistent, reasonably quick service. This visit was during the Sunday lunch rush, and the crew had trouble keeping up. It appeared the drive thru was just as backed up as the patrons inside. But we love the food, and will patiently hope for improved service.

Not impressed with my visit yesterday. Ordered two 6pc chicken finger baskets dipped in tongue torch and one 4pc also dipped in tongue touch, all ordered with large drinks. The flavor was good but what happened to the chicken strips??? They weren’t as moist as is the norm there, but the real problem was they were tough and stringy!!! You’d bite into it and literally would pull away in stringy lengths! Disappointed in this visit. Being honest we will return and order again … again, this was not normal for this restaurant. Plus their prices are reasonable and you get filling portions!

I’m normally a fan of Zaxbys, but I probably wouldn’t eat at this particular location again. The staff all looked less than thrilled to be there. While the chicken was decent, my cheddar bites had definitely been sitting out for a while, and they gave us two Zax sauces that were open and leaking all over the plastic bag they had put them in.

Nothing special at all. This is a fast food restaurant, but the chicken is actually pretty good. The restaurant itself is pretty sticky and the bathroom is disgusting. Staff were friendly but a little slow for this New Yorker.

Long time customer. Stopped last nite, appx 6pm to pick up food before work. Ordered salad & fried pickles. Was told I had to wait for pickles, which was fine, as this is usually true. I waited a few minutes, food came. Pickles were not hot, not even really lukewarm. Only ate a few, tossed the rest. Spent several minutes picking nasty lettuce out of my salad. Threw most of that away too. $18.52 down the drain. I’m done for awhile.

We frequent all of the Zaxby’s in Bowling Green and tonight was problematic at best at the 100 Cherry Farms Ln Location in Bowling Green, KY. I tried to order online as I normally do and there appeared to be an issue. The staff commented when I arrived that if I ordered online they would let me know when it was up. Then I finally looked at the app and realized it did not go through and came back to the counter being told this time that it was after 8 pm so online ordering would not work. I then ordered at the counter at 8:26 pm completed the order at 8:27 pm and sat in the restaurant. The order was completed at 8:42 pm and we were called at 8:45 pm. We never have an issue at Campbell Lane or 31W in BG. When we were finally leaving at 9:02 pm there were 4 people coming in and told they were closed. The door says 9:30 pm so that appears problematic also. There appear to be some real issues at this location with attitude and service. The salad portion was also less than other locations as it commanly is. They have the resturant ready to close nightly by 8:20 pm with coke machine grate gone, trash cans covered, and a general poor attitude to provide service.

Food is good but expect to wait 15 minutes for your food everytime. Its clear management is horrible because they always have to pull 5-10 cars up at a time to wait on their food because they are so slow.
