Really rude service. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to order without being acknowledged at all…I know they were busy getting other food ready but a simple “I’ll be right with you!” instead of acting like I didn’t exist/she didn’t see me would’ve been appreciated/appropriate customer service. After standing around feeling stupid and wondering if I should just leave, I asked if they were still taking orders and she finally acknowledged me and quickly snapped “You can see how busy we are!” Again, I understand delays and being understaffed, but that’s not how you treat/talk to customers.

It was 15 minutes before we got our food. They were not overly busy in drive thru and for a while we were the only ones in the restaurant. When I went to the counter I was told my food was coming up, and yet it took about another 5 minutes. Not great service

We went at dinner rush and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dining room. Great food and our service was friendly and fast. One negative is a gentleman in a Zaxby’s shirt smoking right outside of the door to go in. Makes a bad impression, especially during dinner rush.

Horrible service to start no one was even at the cash register. Then at a place whose MAIN OPTION IS CHICKEN, I got a RAW chicken patty for my sandwhich… if you have the time go to the zaxbys in georgetown… i’ll never be back!

New circle road Zaxbys is the worst in Lexington. Waited 20 minutes for my food and checked order to notice they forgot fries for one of the meals. They gave me more but it was supposed to be a large fry but when I got home it was less than the fries in my kids meals. Then found out they didnt put my daughters chicken fingers in the bag so I still ended up cooking. Just a bag with box of fries. Bunch of high school kids with no training whatsoever. I wont be back to this one again.

Service at the drive through was great! Very friendly. Tenders were very good and the sauce is fire. Wings were decent, but nothing special. Fries had great seasoning, but were a little floppy. Fried pickles were pretty good. Would definitely eat there again.
