We were the first ones in this restaurant this morning. I am pointing that out for a few reasons that will be obvious shortly. Upon entering the foyer was clean and well maintained. We placed our order to friendly staff. Our food was fine. The order was correct. However, the issues were made known before our exit. It was obvious the restrooms had not been cleaned. The toilets were dirty. There was not any toilet paper in one of the female stalls. Also, mamas beware, I didn’t see any high chairs nor was there a changing station in the restrooms.

Went to this establishment and the cashier did not get the first part of our order so then we had to go back and repeat everything. The cashier got mad after they had to repeat everything then went firmly huffed your order is $38 and didn’t let us check to see if they got the right food. We say okay that was rude. We pull up to the window and they mess up our drinks. We say they gave us too many and they ask us to move forward. We go forward and wait then we put food gets brought out a teenage guy says to my mom that she should treat the staff with more respect. Like it wasn’t her who messed up the order or was rude to a paying customer. We then ask for the manager and his name and he goes running inside. We then take the food back inside because they were rude and disrespectful when they were in the wrong.

I’ve eaten here quite a bit over the last few years and the last several times I went, the chicken has been freezer burnt with an odd texture. I thought it was just a bad batch but it’s been like this on multiple occasions now. I can’t help but speculate the possibility of them serving old chicken because I recall feeling sick after eating them one time. They should hire managers who actually have standards for food that is priced so high.

It took forever to get our food tonight and when I did get it, the order was wrong. Poor attitude by the employees. No one seemed to care. Several orders wrong while I waited. No ketchup with the fries. The drink area was nasty with trash and spilled drinks and the ice was overflowing the machine. It seemed that there were no adults working. The last time we ate there I got a cob salad. There was no egg, bacon or cheese in the salad.
