Got a 4pc chicken tenders. They were so tiny I had to use a microscope to find them. They’ve also gotten rid of the marinara sauce and they don’t give you enough sauces and charge. 25 for each additional…..Sad times as a once favorite of mine is slowly becoming a no go.

The last few times I have visited Zaxby’s I have been less than enthusiastic about the food being served. I try to be open minded about visits. I always give more than one visit before leaving a less than desired review. I do love the service and speedy delivery of my food. I just wish that the food was fresher looking and not look like it had been prepared and just waiting for the hot parts of the order. It used to look much better. Please Zaxby’s let’s do better.

I didn’t complain the first time, when we made it home and my wife had to throw her salad away it was wilted so bad. I thought we would try our luck again, this is what I received for around 8 dollars. The chicken in the middle had been broke in half, not sure who ate the other half. My wife ordered a salad, to discover there was any utensils to cut it with. I ask for a couple salt packages, they were out. Canes is right up the street not even a mile. Save yourself a headache, I was bringing my wife home from eye surgery, she hadn’t ate since midnight. I definitely let her down, stopped and picked up a pizza. I know the owner Great woman, my wife cousins. Hopefully someday she will understand her franchise isn’t being cared for as it once was. We were the only car there, Cane was wrapped and lot was full. Maybe someday these stories will stop, I posted the pic on Facebook and talked about it. Then several comments about the same or similar happenings to them. Sorry

Maybe a bad day for the cook but the signature sandwiches we got from Zaxby’s were ok at best. I’d recommend staying with their club sandwich or nibblers which are usually great when they put enough mayo or sauce.

Enjoyed the Big Zak snack for lunch. I didn’t think it would fill me up. The hot buttered toasted bread was soft and delicious. Seasoned fries were hot and freshly made. The chicken breast fillets were cooked to retain some moisture, not tough at all. The beverage station was in good working order to provide the special mixes of flavors. I was pleasantly satisfied on this visit.
