Amazing! First time there!!! The woman behind the counter greeted us wirh a smile and waited on us with a smile even though I could sense something was wrong… maybe she was having a bad day but she waited on us proudly. Not knowing the menu and helped us. Our meals didn’t come with fries but she let us try them which they were amazing!!! We dined inside and she was keeping busy by sweeping under booths and the best part about it is they play Christian music! The paraphernalia on the walls is super cute! The atmosphere is great and welcoming for a fast food place! I recommend this place to anyone!!!! You get what you pay for especially if you eat in for the whole experience!!!! Kudos for zaxbys

One of the workers today had a horrible attitude with me and when I told them I did not appreciate the attitude, she told me I could leave out of the driveway then and that she was cancelling my order and that I could shut my mouth. I didn’t even feel comfortable speaking with the manager after their worker felt confident the manager would take her side. Especially if the worker was comfortable speaking to me like that- how would the manager have helped? 0/10 do not recommend going to this location. Reported them to corporate.

Everytime its something. almost as bad as McDonald’s. A few occasions they are closed before 10pm. 5/23/23 it was 8:58. If it 9pm, just update the website and windows so people won’t waste their time..

I just left Zaxby’s. I placed my order at the drive thru. Part of my order was a large sweet tea. When we got to the window and I got my receipt. I told my husband that the large sweet tea wasn’t on there. My husband tells the girl and ask can we get a large sweet tea. She said we can’t add on orders. He said but you left it off. I ordered it. She said “I didn’t take your order.” That was it, no sorry nothing. Also there was no one in line behind us so it wasn’t a matter of them being busy.

Ordered fries and drinks. Asked to pull to side with 3 other vehicles who were waiting for their food. After 20 minutes waiting, finally received lukewarm fries!! One would have thought the fries would have been too hot to handle. No “sorry for your wait”, nothing! Horrible service!

Spent 50 dollars for 4 people. Ordered and had to park 10-15 mins is not a bad wait and don’t mind for hot food. Get food and take a bite of the white cheddar bites and it is chewy and cold. No way they were cooked in the last hour, take them back in. I’m sure all he did was throw them back in the grease to reheat because when I get home the one I took a bite out of is in the box and now all of them have a white coating on them. The boneless wings were the only thing decent. The fries were cold and the chicken strips looked and tasted like the cheddar bites. Like they were cooked way before and then reheated in the grease right before being thrown in the box.
