We’ve always known Zaxby’s to be sort of a ups ale experience… We’ve been to others before…but this one was disgusting and a bad reputation of the brand. The place looks like it wasn’t cleaned since the lunch rush… Every single table was dirty. There was food and trash on and under the tables we went to the bathroom to clean our own table.the cup station was horrible.. there were no lids no straw mess everywhere! No ice over half the drinks were out… Took us 30 mins to get our food …. Man… This was an experience not a good one. I’m writing this while we are still waiting and now there is yelling between employees…

Ordered the Cobb salad. It tasted good, but it is not worth the price. $9.50 for a salad is criminal. There’s no ifs, buts, or coconuts about it. The typical person would rather just order off the regular menu. I will next time.

Cashier was rude and acted like she was forced to be there. Other customers had to wait a good 10 minutes just to order cause they were just being ignored. Took 30 minutes from my order to get my food. Bathroom was in shambles. This location has been on the downhill lately.

Make sure your chicken is cooked thoroughly! I ate at this Zaxby’s a while back and got severe food poisoning. As a result I have been scared to go to any Zaxby’s. I want to trust Zaxby’s again.

Long waits, especially for a fast food joint, and unreliable menu items availability. Used to love Zaxby’s salads but now no guarantee they will ever be available when trying to order. It’s especially difficult as someone who can’t eat gluten when grilled chicken isn’t easily available.

Normally love this place. Staff is super super kind, but the last 2 times I’ve gone there at least 1 of my chicken wings have been very under cooked to the point where I was worried about being sick. I’ve gotten wings there dozens of times and everything’s been great. Just these past 2 times I’ve gotten undercooked chicken.
