I should’ve known something wasn’t right with my food because they gave it to me extremely fast at the drive through. Get home and open box first thing I noticed was old soggy fries. Then I bite into the chicken and realized it was old and refried. I ended up having to drive back to restaurant and request a refund. I’m done with this location.

Today April 8 2023 there’s a guy working night shift excellent service but there was a heavy sit lady who was working the drinks , attitude was horrible. And very short patient the guy did he best to communicate orders and give great customer service but the lady was so over barring to the point he couldn’t do his job and keeping it together and running smoothly. The bathroom was terrible full of pee on the floor Human release in the toilet . Smelled horrible.

The last couple times I’ve been to this location has been a mess. As u see in the pic I ordered a grilled chicken house salad for $10. Drove to work and went to eat my already expensive salad (cravings) and of course I got fried chicken. Wouldn’t be a problem at all if I was allowed to eat fried foods right now but can’t due to a medical condition and I can’t leave work to drive all the way back down Lakeland to have it fixed! I’m so frustrated bc that means I had to throw the chicken away which means I paid $10 for a small bowl of lettuce

So I purchased a buffalo big zax snack meal and I specifically asked if I could get a large fry and the young lady said I could. Once receiving my food I checked the fries and they were just the regular fries that came with It. I asked if this was the large fry and she said yes ma’am and I told her It didn’t look like a large. So I didn’t get the large fry I paid for just a super large watered down coke.
