Worst location I’ve ever been to in my life. I could understand if the location was short handed, but they weren’t. The employee who to my order was rude/impatient and kept interrupting me as I ordered with “anything else”. The food took forever to come out and when it did the buns to my sandwiches were burnt. I was also charged $0.25 for an extra zax sauce that I did not receive.

Outstanding service and clean, spacious well-lit dining room. Ordered two chicken finger plates with six chicken strips, fries, coleslaw, toast, and a drink. The outside presentation of the building is inviting and clean, and the bathrooms were spotless.l

Their Cobb salad is always excellent no matter which one we visit. The greens are fresh, bacon crisp, eggs well done, chicken succulent and tender. We love these salads! And, you can ask to have something left off the salad. We don’t eat cucumbers so they graciously remove them. Great place for a meal on-the-go!

WORST SERVICE AND FOOD. Recently staying in town with my parents. Went through drive thru for our dinner and spent just over $50 approximately. Customer service was bad right from the beginning all ladies working that night were very rude didn’t give us the correct drinks one of our chicken sandwiches chicken was raw really bad was not even edible another chicken sandwich had a long hair inside. I drove back to get our correct drinks and one of our missing fries from one combo. They were absolutely rude I had my receipt and they thought I was trying to get “free fries”. I was very annoyed at this point because if they would just do their job like they should and check that everything is packed and cooked people wouldn’t come back to complain. I don’t care for getting anything free!! I just wanted for us to enjoy our dinner that night it was terrible not even the manager was very helpful. Will never be going back it’s sad because we honestly love Zaxby’s food.

Went in for their “spicy” fried mushrooms only to find they were no longer available. Then all of a sudden you don’t know WHAT you want to eat! So I settled for a salad. It was a HUGE salad that did not disappoint. It was delicious. But then I’m pretty easy to please. But, hey, Zaxby’s: BRING BACK THOSE SPICY FRIED MUSHROOMS!!!

This was our first visit ever to Zaxby’s and we we not disappointed. I ordered the spicy fries mushrooms, my wife ordered the kid’s chicken basket, and our daughter ordered the fries basket. We had to wait just a couple of minutes for our order because of the mushrooms, but that only means the food is freshly prepared. Great drive thru customer service and delicious food. We’re going to be return customers.
