This is the best Zaxby’s we have ever been to. They were on point with everything. We always usually wait for our wings because we order for the whole family and it takes a bit to cook them. We never mind about that fact at all. What we do mind is when the order is bagged incorrectly, when the staff is rude, when you tell the workers the order is incorrect they make you feel like you somehow had something to do with it or when the tables are dirty and the staff is just standing around talking. Nothing like that happened at this location. This was the most professionally ran Zaxby’s location we have ever been to. The manager David was on it. He made sure his staff was one step ahead making sure tables were cleaned, items for orders were stocked and staff was polite. They even gave us free cookies because we had to wait. We expected to wait due to the number of wings we ordered so to have someone offer you something free, even if it is just cookies, was amazing. On other locations ever made this effort. I will continue to go back to this location and I will tell as many people as possible to go also. Before we left I spoke with the manager and told him that it was a great experience he said thank you and he congratulated the staff very loudly and encouraged them to keep up the good work. All around the best. Congrats to all for making this a wonderful visit. We will be back.

I’ve only stopped at this location once but I highly recommend it and won’t hesitate to go by again when I am on the strip. The manager was working the counter when I went in and he helped me get the best deal by using their app to place the order to get a special. He also helped me get the child menu item right as the app was not perfect. He then made sure the food was fresh and hot and I did not mind waiting the few minutes. While I was there I observed his interaction with customers and staff.

This Zaxby’s was consistent with other Zaxby’s! Food was hot and fresh. Lobby and bathrooms were clean. David was very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed his conversation and we were pleased with his concern for our safety and satisfaction. The woman serving our food was VERY stingy with the sauces even though I ordered extra. Overall it was a great experience.

I truly love their chicken fingers so much! It’s way better than the Chick-fil-A chicken fingers because it has tons of meat and no fillers. I also like their spicy chicken sandwich too. Ever since I discovered Zaxby’s chicken, I literally stopped going to all other chicken restaurants like Raising Cane, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, etc… This place is truly the BEST! The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They keep this place clean and organized at all times. They have drive-thru too, if you’re too lazy to go inside. You should also download their mobile app to conveniently order, pay, and view your rewards on it. Once you have signed up, you will automatically get your first free signature chicken sandwich through the mobile app. You can redeem it within 30 days at any Zaxby’s location.

Had to get Little Sis something to eat. She refused to eat the hospital food on her overnight stay. Food was Super HOT & FRESH. Service was also Very Fast for a Evening Visit and the young lady in the Drive-Thru was very Sweet.

I love their food and I highly recommend trying their wings if you haven’t. It’s a good atmosphere and my only complaint is that getting into the parking lot is extremely difficult due to their location. You will have to go around the block if you aren’t approaching from the right side.

I had a bit of a problem with this location. I ordered two salads, a small order of boneless wings, and an order of cheese bites through the drive thru. They messed up my girlfriends salad and put stuff on it the ticket said not to, and I had to wait over 20 minutes for the food to come out. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.

I appreciate that the store is very busy and understaffed. I did not mind my 25~ minute drive thru wait. This is, however, the single most unacceptably disgusting thing I have ever been served at a fast food place. There is at least 4 ounces of sauce that spilled into the bag. The soggiest, nastiest bread due to the pool of sauce it sat in, even after spilling most of it. It is truly a massive amount of sauce. I would imagine enough for 40-50 sandwiches. This is absolutely disgusting.
