I had accidentally asked for the the 20 piece instead of the family meal. When I told them about the problem, they quickly fixed the issue and found an easy way to charge me for the difference. Everyone was understanding and overall it was a very nice experience and teamwork.

Ate here at 11:30. Tvs were off and staff were standing around. No one was there besides me and I don’t know why I had to wait a while to order. What’s weird to me is they weren’t even ready for dine in; their soda machine sprayed me because the nozzle wasn’t on yet. I showed my clothes and hand that are stained by the syrup. But I’m glad they got to talk amongst themselves. Didn’t get an apology for the inconvenience either. Got the kicken chicken sandwich and it was a mess. Fries were cold too. After the first half of my visit I didn’t even want to talk to the staff, I just wanted to go back to work, which is saying a lot. Only thing that warrants this from not being a 1 star is the bathroom was very clean.

Very impressed! New to the area and unfamiliar with Zaxby’s. Came through during lunch rush, gal standing outside taking orders was very patient with me and when asked what she would recommend she had several recommendations. Very knowledgeable about the menu and polite. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich, unaware house salad had Roma’s on there and she ensured my salad didn’t have tomatoes either. Gals at drive through window polite and professional. Very happy with the service I received. Will be coming through a lot more. Thank you for such great service and great food!!

I don’t know what was happening at Zaxby’s today but it took forever to get an 8pc chicken meal. Also I don’t know if anybody else has noticed but it smells like a barn full of hay when you walk into the lobby… Why is that?

I love Zaxby’s food it’s so tasty. I’m not big on KFC as it tastes fake to me but Zaxby’s has it going on. Their children are so moist and it has so much flavor. They also have a sweet military discount they offer as well.
