Food was good. Drive through was a fuster cluck. Not sure why they have person taking order out there, still. Which is fine. Was told to pull forward. With like 6 other cars. Took a while to get my food..also fine. Forgot straws asked the lady that bought my food and she just kept walking. Pulled back to person taking orders asked for straw..I had all my kids with me..not an easy unload to go in… she says pull.back through line. I said no spent 15 minutes in line not doing again for a straw. Anyway.. was just a mess.

My sister had downloaded the app for a free snack & suggested I do the same so we could get a bite while out shopping for the day. Downloading was easy. The coupon popped right up. When we arrived, my sister ordered first & showed the coupon. The woman working the register said $9.10 & my sister & I looked at each other like WTH! She asked to see the coupon again which my sister showed her & she explained she had been mistaken thinking it was another coupon which they currently had for a bo-go. The snack was indeed free. The chicken strips were tasty as was the garlic toast. Even the fries were hot & crispy. 2 points for my sister & 5 stars for Zaxby’s. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Went inside, the drive through was ridiculous. The Cobb salad is always good and I even was able to add a scoop of fire roasted corn. Yum!
Fishing Fever
The serving trays are nasty, my hands literally stuck to them. The drink machine looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The floors are really dirty. My last time at this location.

I have a two star because the lady at the window was polite. I got home and my chicken sandwich was folded in half the middle of it totally raw breading and I questioned the doneness of the chicken so I didn’t even get to eat my $10 meal. I only wish I could post the photo I took of it on here. Totally disappointed oh and hungry now too.

My food was cold. Took forever to get. They were out of cheese bites. Fried pickles tastes like they were fried I’m bad oil. My sweet and spicy sauce tastes more like a sweet and sour sauce that was way too salty.
