Disappointing. I came in with my child, there is no changing table available. I can’t even recall the last time I was in a place with a public restroom that didn’t prove a place for parent’s to change their children. Once I got our food I was shocked to find in my child’s kiddie meal that he was only given about 7-8 fries, all sad looking and unseasoned. (I was there at peak lunch time around noon. I cannot imagine why we were shorted and give such a pathetic looking meal). I know what the meal should look like as we have been to other locations and have had no issue. The “treat” was missing as well. My salad was definitely shorted. It costs $18 for two meals that weren’t even full meals. Unreal. It was also hard to find a table that was clean even though we were one of only about 3 other people in the restaurant when we arrived.

I’m not sure if it was shift change or something, but I pulled up to the drive thru after I just watch someone order and was told “one moment”. That’s no worries, happens all the time at a drive thru and they come back in 1 moment. Well I ended up putting my car in park and sat there for TEN minutes while cars were coming up behind me. Who in the world goes through a drive thru for convenience to have to wait ten minutes to order something. And when someone finally came back, seriously after 10 minutes, they acted like it was a pain to have me order. Terrible service and management. I like our zaxbys food most of the time, but the service is rough probably because they can’t keep help because of poor management.

If I could give all zero’s I would. Fries cold, chicken cold. Poor attitudes for the second and very last time I give this location a chance to change. Customer service is very poor and service. Employees act like it’s way to much to do their job.

Quit going 2 years ago. Chicken fingers have gotten much smaller over last 5 years and put way too much salt on the chicken. Menu changed for only combo orders and higher prices. Only fast food place I ate. Ate at Zaxby maybe once or twice a month.

Sometimes the fries are perfect with just the right amount of seasoning and then other times there will be absolutely no seasoning salt whatsoever. It’s very hit-or-miss with a few different items.

We waited in the drive thru line 30 minutes after ordering. It was only 812pm and the doors to enter were locked. Closing time is 9? Then our wings had barely any sauce on them and the fries were not seasoned. Both the fries and the wings were barely cooked. Bad experience. ☹️

Everytime we go here we get shorted our food, I usually order a salad, the past 2 times I didn’t get a full salad, it was like it was half a salad, but I sure got charged for a full one.

Constantly leaving crucial items (salad dressing, forks, etc) out of the bag. This is the second time they left out the salad dressing for my $10 salad. The salad dressing is one of the main reasons I get the Asian salad and when you leave it out, I am stuck eating a dry, overpriced salad.
