We came in this evening and ordered dine in. Kaylee S. Was working the counter. I placed our order and asked to change our regular fry to a large fry. She canceled the original and did the change. We sat down and I noticed that when she did the change she put the wrong sandwich in. I took the receipt back up and asked her to make sure we received the correct meal. She let them know that it was her error and I said no problem. She bagged the order even though we were dining in. I just told her no it’s ok. She then gave me a small fry. I said no we needed the large fry. We paid for that. Then when she turned around and asked for the large another girl turned around and said what’s wrong with the order. Kaylee said I need the large fry. I got the order went over and sat down. Then I heard her and the other girl talk about me rather loudly. Kaylee walked over to the register and saw me then. She cut her eyes at the other girl. I was so disappointed and upset I couldn’t enjoy my meal. I won’t be back. The staff were not friendly. Sad! Thank you Kaylee for a memorable experience.

Good chicken. I liked the sauce, too. The counter worker was very accommodating and helped us decide. I got the signature sandwich as only the piece of chicken which made it large, meaty, juicy, and great for a quick lunch stop. She got chicken tenders which she likes. The iced tea tasted freshly made and I could blend sweet with unsweet (my thing). Better than “fast food” and under $20 for 2. Convenient to I-24. Clean with clean restrooms.

Tasty chicken in a clean restaurant. Chicken and fries were tasty. Ordered 3 piece combo. They also have Coke Freestyle but one in dining room was out of order. They had one behind counter. Chicken tenders were a bit small. Value for what we received was just okay. Good service though.

There must be a chicken shortage. Salad had 2 small pieces of chicken. Then my Zac pack. Had 3 pieces of chicken. One may have been 2 inches and other 2 maybe 3 inches. Lots of fries that didn’t have any seasoning. The chicken was between grilled and fried. I called it naked chicken. Very very little batter. Zaxbys was a huge disappointment. I want be going back to the McMinnville Zaxbys.

Just arrived at home with the food 15 minutes from the restaurant, and half the order was wrong. Check the tag on the bag, and the person who took the order put it in wrong. Also paid the extra $1.00 for the four extra sauces, and there are only three in the bag. $17.00 for a meal that is wrong, and they expect me to take another 30 minutes there and back, plus getting back in line to get the food I ordered. It shouldn’t be on the customer to make sure we receive a quality experience.
