Ordered wings… got mostly bone with some dried chicken bits around it. And I mean DRY. ordered egg rolls and got burnt rolls. There’s no way employees wouldn’t know to not send something like that out to a customer. The customer service told all before we even got the food though. This store definitely needs some work and better training.

Good food (when made fresh). Love some Zaxbys hot wings and the Texas toast. Feels slightly on the pricey end for what your actually getting compared to similar concepts like KFC or Popeye’s. Don’t order there if you are in a hurry though. It’s not extremely unusual for it to take 10-15+ minutes to receive your order. Depending on if there are 2-3 customers ahead of you it could easily be 20+ mins by the time you get to place the order and receive.

The service was OK, as the employees were friendly-ish, but the food was absolutely terrible. All of the chicken fingers were short, thin, and very dry. For as much as their chicken costs, I should get some actual meat for the money. Very disappointing. I would have understood if there was one that tiny in the mix, but it looked like someone thought it would be funny to give me a bunch of chicken strings.

I have been there 2 separate times in the past month and I was disappointed, not with the service but the food was cold both times and the coke freestyle machine did not dispense ice nor did it dispense the drinks right, it tasted awful. Will be the last time I visit this location. I will not eat cold food and nor drink badly dispensed drinks.

Lunch shift deserves 4-5 stars on most days but night shifts usually a 2-3. Sometimes you’ll barely get sauce on your wings and sometimes there’s plenty. It’s a lottery on whether you’ll get good wings and chicken. Overall I’d say it’s a “decent” experience.

This Zaxby’s used to be one of the best. Now, the quality has gone downhill, big time. The employees constantly forget items you’ve ordered, and they do not put utensils in with your order. The food quality is pretty much non-existent as well. Several times I have gotten cold food. Considering this is one of, if not the most expensive fast-food establishment, this is just entirely unacceptable. I will no longer be going to this location.

Being a new customer I thought like everyone else I would get the big zax meal for all new comers that downloaded there app, instead it didn’t give me that option I paid for my meal that was rather pricey. Good location, just very expensive.
