Zaxby’s was pretty good! We have never been there before, so we decided to try it! Food was hot and fresh and priced good for the amount of food. The Texas toast that came with the meal was Devine! We will be back again!

It’s not bad, and it’s not great. It’s exactly as you’d expect. Whenever I go there is always a long line in the drive-through so I tried ordering on the app and it was ready as soon as I arrived which was the first time any order on an app for a fast food place went smoothly. They seem to struggle to keep up. Last few times I e been and only ordered a chicken sandwich I had to pull into a parking spot and wait. 25 mins for fast food for a simple chicken sandwich seems like a lot.

From the time I arrived to the time I left, it was about 20 minutes. I ordered a few salads and some extra tenders. I get all the way home about 20 minutes away, and I had ZERO dressing for my salads and ZERO zaxbys sauce for my tenders. I noticed the girl in the red hoodie was constantly checking on her phone. Very upsetting that paying attention to your phone is more important than making sure paying customers get what they paid for.

I ordered food here on the app. When my husband went to pick it up it was wrong. He went back and told them this and the lady was rude and assumed he was door dash and ate it and came back in to get more food and told him she wouldn’t fix it. I didn’t order thru door dash and I have no idea why she would treat him this way. Assuming things like this is wrong and upsetting. I called to get a refund and the manager put me on hold and left me on hold so I had to hang up. This is the worse service from any place ever. I will not be back.

I’ve taken a particular liking to chicken sandwiches lately, and decided to try out Zaxby’s which I had only once before on vacation. There are so many locations around town, and it’s a chicken place, so they’re chicken sandwich must be good, right? I was quite disappointed, it was dry and lackluster, and barely warm, the sauce was its only saving grace. And I don’t care for the fries, but that’s just personal preference.

Went on Sunday during lunch rush. Drive through, order inside, and pick up was crazy busy! Omar who I am assuming was a manager did an amazing job keeping the team together and getting orders out as fast as possible. Food was great!

My daughter just went through the drive-through @ 12:58 Today! I opened up my bag and salad and this is what I see Crawling all through my salad I wasn’t going to post it on here however when I called to complain Sarah the manager at this location just told me on the phone that she is not going to refund my money and replace the salad that she will just do one or the other She did not even apologize!!! WOW Zaxby’s salads are “Supposed” to be made fresh so I don’t know what Obvious Blind person is plating lettuce with moving bugs and sending it out to customers but this Entire location needs a visit from Metro Health Department because they are just flat out NASTY WITH NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!
