Sorry Zaxby’s, but not a great experience. Chicken was cold and dry. Fries were burning hot, and toast was also cold. Coke machine was brown water with bubbles. Normally go to the Zaxby’s on the bypass by post, it is normally pretty fresh and good, but needed to go to Lowes. Probably stick to the bypass restaurant from here on out. Maybe it was just a bad day?

My experience at this Zaxby’s was awful, and horrible. There’s a bunch of young highschool teenagers working at this location. Even the Manager look like a teenager very young and inexperienced, no customer service skills.I waited in line at the drive through for about 15 to 20 minutes with several cars in front of me. When I got to the speaker to place my order the cashier headphones started acting up and she couldn’t hear me.I placed my order several times and said hello several times. When I pulled up to the window where you pick up your food. I tried to place my order. The cashier refused to take my order. I asked for the Manager he was very young, unprofessional, and inexperienced. I explained to him the situation. He told me that I would have to go back around and wait in line again to place my order or come inside.There was several cars already in line . I asked him for a discount for my inconvenience he refused to give me one.I went to another Zaxby’s location to get my food.Its not my fault that there equipment was malfunctioning.I would like to thank Zaxbys corporate for the $10.00 gift certificate for my horrible experience. I will never visit this Zaxby’s again!

The power was out many places due to the intense and powerful storms today. We noticed Zaxby’s had a line wrapped around the building. We went inside and it was not crowded at all. The young lady serving us was cheerful and patient as we took a long time to get the kids to figure out what they wanted. The lobby was being cleaned by a nice young lady and our food came out relatively quick as well. The young man serving our food to us was excellent also. All the way around this restaurant is awesome! Food was hot and yummy and employees exceptional. Thank you.

Hi. I would like to file a complaint. I came into Zaxby’s tonight and ordered the Big Zax Snack meal. It is supposed to come with 3 full chicken tenders. I was disappointed when I first opened my box to find only 2 chicken tenders and what looked to be one boneless wing. I have my receipt from yesterday 11/12/22 if you’d like to see that also. I am highly disappointed and would like to be reimbursed for my purchase. I have eaten at Zaxby’s for years and would like to be a returning customer. Please get back with me when you can! Thank you.

Placed a mobile order due to having neuro spinal issues had my son go in and pick up order due to not being able to access curbside or drive through pick up option at this location. Well my order was wrong all of it besides the drinks, I sent my son back in with the receipt to let them know we didn’t get our 2nd side of fries or or the 2nd side to the other 6 fingers plate which was coleslaw, they sent my son back out he had to gather the food at this point I parked my car i walked in and requested to speak to the manager, I explained what all transpired and that I would like the entire order to be replaced due to now having to wait and our food get even further cold.
