Current staff are very customer focused and fast. Although busy with dining room, drive thru and pick up orders, they seem to still provide great food and service. Some other fast food restaurant managers should pop in to see how it can be done. So tired of staffing excuses. This place always seems to have staff.

Without fail, ALWAYS, messes up your order. I actually don’t think I have ever had a correct order from this place. Always check your food before leaving because they won’t do anything to fix the issue. This past time, the order taker flat out lied about what was ordered as we had to repeat ourselves many times as she kept putting in the wrong item.

I pulled up to the window; the window clerk mumbled the amount and then took my card. I told them as they handed me back my card and started handing me food that this was wrong. “Well, I already rang you up; I told you what it was” I proceeded to explain I thought they were talking to the person on the intercom. Rolled their eyes slammed the window, and walked away. Was this because I have a Pride credit card, or what they flip it back and forth when they took it to refund me? As they gave me my food, I apologized and said I was sorry for the mistake, but all I got in return was a window slammed in my face. Disappointed and honestly felt belittled by the experience. Not happy at all. Extremely rude window person.

They always mess up my order and will then get an attitude because it’s their fault. No professionalism or courtesy! Training in customer service is definitely needed. Terrible experience once again! Terrible location! Also it took forever because the workers were back there laughing and having a good ol time. I hate this location with a passion. I’m done for good!

I always have a good experience at this location. Fast, friendly, and patient staff. My favorite location of all Zaxby’s restaurants and that is saying a lot because I eat Zaxby’s weekly. They always have my tongue torch sauces in the box ready to go. Thumbs up!

Great service. However, 4 traditional wings and 3 tenders for $12.44. Unlikely I’ll ever eat at Zaxbys again. The food isn’t all that great. The traditional wings are horrible. The tenders were decent! I used to love Zaxbys when I was in college. I’m not sure college kids today can afford it nor am I sure if it’s even worth it. 3/5. Would not recommend.
