Paid close to $40.00 for 3 meals, our chicken fingers, fries, my wings and toasts where cold to the touch and taste. And just by looking at these fries they are obviously old. What happened to caring about the quality of food you present and serve your customers? I feel it starts with management; if they are not supervising their crew or show they care why would they feel their crew would while they are chilling in the office most the night. And obviously by these other reviews I’m reading the owner doesn’t seem to care very much either.

Good chicken place. Long lines at lunch and dinner. Clean restrooms. Stopped by here on a Sunday evening, not crowded. Power went out and registers did not come back online after power did, finally the manager allowed for orders to be taken if people had cash which I did. Everything went well after that, staff was friendly and apologetic. Enjoyed the House salad as shown in picture. Definitely will return.

It’s probably the best Zalads we’ve ever eaten. The lettuce was green and crisp. Tomatoes were just right, as was the chicken. This location is now our favorite. Good job folks.

I have been in love with Zaxbys salads for three years. However this was my first visit to this location and my last. Two Cobb salads were the worst ever. Each were prepared with no onions, a very small amount of lettuce and also the toast was horrible. It looked like one salad divided up and placed in separate containers.

Worst customer service ever and worst meal I have had at Zaxby’s in a while. Ordered a Wings-n-Things Boneless, tongue torch, no salt on the fries in the drive thru at 5:30 pm on 7-21-22. First of all, when the guy (young, husky black guy) gets ready to give me my order, he slings it out the window at me. Then he proceeds to throw my card at me as well (had to catch it to keep it from landing on the ground). I was so angry that I started to sling the order back at him and ask for a refund. Instead I just drove off and called back to speak with the manager. The manager just kept saying she understood how I feel. I then tell her it is not enough to just “understand” how I feel. I asked if she was going to at least speak to him about this, she stated she would but I doubt it. I failed to check my order until I got home only to discover my fries were raw and had a tremendous amount of salt on them in spite of me ordering them without salt. The boneless wings looked played over and the toast was soggy. The only edible item was the chicken fingers. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Zaxby’s.

Worst customer service ever !!!! I went today around 2:55 & the white girl at the window didn’t speak or anything not even after I spoke. So I’m okay with that. She gave my order and gave my card back & I said thank you. Still nothing was said. & she preceded to slam the window. I understand people have bad days , but customer service is everything. I’ll NEVER spend another penny at this establishment !!!!!

Pulled up to the window at 6:30pm on a friday and got no response, only for someone to walk outside and very rudely say they closed at 6. look, i understand being understaffed, but it’s as simple as putting a sign on the window and updating your hours on google. no need to get an attitude when there is absolutely no way for someone to know you are closed. and looking at past reviews, this is not a new issue for this location, so you have had plenty of time to figure something out, and you haven’t. that’s on the owner, not the customer, so get an attitude with them and not us.
