Completely messed up the order. Funnel cake was way over cooked and dry, i asked for sweet and spicy tenders, they gave me Buffalo, barely in juice on my drink whole cup full of ice. Disgusted

My wife and I ordered the 5 piece traditional wing meal last night, 4/28/23, somewhere between 7:30 and 8:00pm, and when we began eating the wings, we realized they were cold. I took the meals to the counter and let a young man know they were cold. He took the meals and gave them to another young man in the kitchen, and I assume they prepared new orders. The orders were good until I got to the last wing. It was just as cold as the first order. Needless to say, we will not eat at Zaxby’s again. Also, the store was filthy. The trash cans were running over, and the counter where the tea and selective condiments are kept was unclean as well. By the way, there is no longer self serve ketchup, and the napkins were left unstocked. I guess Zaxby’s bottom line must be hurting. Obviously, there is no one actually running this business and overseeing it. In addition, our order was given to us in a to-go bag even though we were eating in. I took that as a subtle hint they do not want their customers eating inside. I used to really enjoy Zaxby’s, but the quality of the food and service is poor. We will not return to Zaxby’s. If Zaxby’s continues in this manner, they’ll be out of business soon. I would give a negative rating below 1 if I could.

This franchise is the model of inefficiency. If you place an order with the app, they won’t let you pick it up in the drive-through. Then, when you go inside to collect your order, they will grab it from a rack at the drive-through window.

I really dislike coming to this Zaxby’s it’s ashame you can’t get food you’re paying for fresh , then the managers always wanna have an attitude when you correct them about your food not being fresh !!! If a customer wants fresh food deliver that , people can tell when food is fresh !!! No the issue is they let their employees have phones and stuff out and horseplay all the time !!!!

This Zaxby’s location is not a representation of the brand, nor does it live up to sanitary standards or OSHA regulations. It is in dire need of management and a top-to-bottom scrubbing. The place was disgusting and there was not a single table that was not covered in food or debris. It was so bad that we had to go back out to our vehicle, get wet wipes and clean a table ourselves just so we could sit. See the two photos -Literally the entire dining area looked like this.

In the drive thought told them I want the meal got to the door and the lady said I didn’t say that. No problem but I asked if I could get the fries I’ll pay for it she tells the cook “get me some fired before I kill somebody” gives me the fries and slams the door. Didn’t even let me pay for it. Never will I ever come back and I will make sure everyone in my family and friends will never come back to this absolute dump.
